“Closing down the front counter has made me look elsewhere for parts as there is no one I can ask for help. I know you closed it during Covid but that’s ended and some people like to talk to someone in person. I will only shop here if there is no other alternative.”

“Kauf auf Raten ohne probleme. Informationen bzgl. Liefertermin sehr schlecht. Immer wieder nachfragen, man bekommt innerhalb 24 Stunden eine Antwort aber diese stimmen oft nicht bzgl. Liefertermin o.ä. Bauteil Qualität etc. Passt”
