I have order from VW Heritage a few times and have always found them to be a very good company to deal with. The one annoying thing about the whole process though is the lack of updates on the order's progress. You receive an email to say that the order is received, but nothing after that. There is nowhere in the 'My account' area of the website where you can see if the order is dispatched or get a tracking number for parcels.
