Wide selection of parts but customer care is seriously lacking. I received wrong part but no one is replying to my emails. Already 2 weeks passed since my 1st email.
I have sent email twice.
Sent FB message.
Called internationally was put on hold for over 1 hr until I hung up.
Tried posting on your facebook page.
No one seems to care.
My only option I am seeing now is to open a Paypal claim.
Also I am missing two other parts since they are out of stock - I hope I do get them eventually because this lack of response is worrying.
