This is an irreplaceable service, especially for owners of the earlier VW's. The range of items available - sourced from all over the world but especially from Germany - is awe-inspiring. Gone, sadly, are the days when you could pitch up at Heritage and ask for what you want, nowadays it's distant ordering, but the concept still services thousands - no, tens of thousands - of people. I've used Heritage many times and it's a constant. Any complaints? Make it clearer from your web-page that you don't sell over the counter!
