I ordered some parts for my vehicle T4. Some parts weren’t available but would be sent when back in stock. The original parts turned up which was great but it was ages until the other parts arrived and no communication as to what was happening or when they might be in. I had just gone into town to get the other parts as I needed to get on with the work when I got a message to say the parts are on the way.
