After 27 days , I have yet to receive any goods , not for lack of trying to find out by ringing the courier direct in Germany only to be told to make contact with the sender to reclaim the parcel as it was damaged in transit. All I want is my goods or a refund. But the process is so life draining I'm at the point of slitting my wrist.
There's no telephone number for me to call , so everything is done through an email system which is so time consuming and inconvenient. I just want my stuff so I can finish my Van
