Part quality is good, price is average and generally I am happy with the purchase, with one exception, the amount of time it takes to arrive (10 days this time). I am paying a premium service for this.
I ordered a classic car part based in the UK last week on Tuesday, the postage was at cost and it was down Thursday. The part was bigger and heavier than most of my Heritage purchases. I don't expect it to be that quick always but there is little excuse for a week or more and I am paying an excessive amount for this.
