Products delivered correctly.
Unfortunately, there was no communication about when the delivery would be made and subsequent enquiries were answered after the delivery had been made.
Technical support is also very poor with questions going unanswered.
For classic VW products, choice of suppliers is very limited so you have to accept that poor customer service will be part of dealing with Heritage Parts
