My name is Tom and the parts I recently ordered were for my friend Denis who historically has always done business with you by telephone. As he is not online and you no longer seem to offer a telephone service he asked me order on his behalf. The ordering process itself was fairly straightforward after we had negotiated the myriad of options, (probably due to VW's fault rather than yours). I swiftly received an email advising 1 item was not available and offering me a refund, which I accepted. His local VW dealer obtained the part (thermostat cover) in 3 days, although at a slightly higher cost. His address and telephone number are on file should further discussion be necessary.
