Poor communication and service.
Told me that I wouldn’t be charged any extra if my order was below $1000 however when it was on the way I got hit with close to $500 in extra fees for a $900 order. They charged me GST and I was charged extra GST at the border which they said they would reimburse me but I am still waiting for that and fear I won’t see it. I would advise taking your business somewhere else as the service has been extremely poor.
