I recently placed an order and I ordered the wrong part. After contacting the customer service I was told to ask for a refund and just order the part, which I did and paid by PayPal. As I did not receive a confirmation email I contacted the customer centre to be informed that I had not made the order, I had received my email from PayPal stating they had taken payment. After lots of messages I tried to contact by phone only to be told to contact by email only. Not noticing that the phone call cost £0.75. As I live close by I went to your centre in Shoreham only to be informed rudely by a staff member I could only get information by email. I was about to order a new part from Just Kampers when I was finally told that they had found my payment and I could collect my part. I have been buying parts for my van from you since 2007 and you used to have a very good customer service, advice and service, you have lost this and any future purchase from me. I am rebuilding my van and engine and expecting to spend more than £2000 on parts but I will be looking elsewhere.
