I’m happy that I eventually got the parts I ordered, they were in good condition and reasonably priced.
However, when ordering, it stated they were on back order with a 5 week wait. It ended up being nearly 3 months. I did get vague updates, but only when I chased them.
Disappointed that updates were not offered when delays were known. My vehicle ended up being off the road for a considerable time longer than anticipated and I could not plan for repairs until I had a clear idea of when parts would arrive.
