I only live 30mins away from VW Heritage, which is great. The downside is that since Covid, like many businesses they have removed the human element. The shop and counter have been removed. It used to be really great because you could have a chat about parts and get great advice. Now you have to send an email and wait up to 48hrs.
Like I said, other companies have done exactly the same....just the 'New normal"...a term I am not very fond of!
