The biggest issue I have is you are very slow to ship orders compared to for example custom and commercial. I place an order with them anytime before close of play and they ship it same day / evening with confirmation email and courier details APC and I get the parts the next day and shipping cost to me is cheaper than you guys. So summary you are slow service and expensive shipping in my opinion.
