My buying experience with heritage is a mixed bag. Several years ago the experience was good when the phone lines were open you could phone, discuss the parts wanted and get them within the next couple of days. Now even though I use part numbers the last couple of orders have had a mix of the right and wrong parts. Again previously you could ring and arrange a return, now with email the only option it takes to long. Finally my last order took nearly a fortnight to arrive, again this has happened several time. All this now makes AUTODOC my first option for parts where previously it was heratage.
