Great quality and good prices. Quick delivery and good service.
The only negative I would say is that you used to be able to chat direclty to staff with any enquiries, now it's all online/via email only which really isn't ideal.
We had questions about a particular product that, speaking to somebody in person, woud have been resolved in 10 minutes maximum. Instead, it was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, checking emails and replying etc. and ended up taking 2 days extra to actually place the order.
The customer service itself is, and always has been, excellent, but taking away the facility to speak to somebody really does let down the company and experience overall.
