The service was generally very good. The sample materials that you kindly sent were very helpful to in making sure I ordered the correct items. The delivery process worked well & the items were well packaged. I am still waiting to have the work carried out so cannot comment on any observations the trimmer may have. The only criticism I have is that despite asking to be emailed when the seat bolster I needed was back in stock, I never received any contact & only happened to find out you had them again by looking on the website one day and finding out that there was only one left.
