“I chose this company as the reviews looked good. Like so many things in life you only see true colours when something goes wrong, and in the case heritage colour was brown. I received a terribly made panel which did not fit correctly . I emailed and got an initial response then all subsequent emails ignored. I’ve now had to order a panel from another supplier and disappoint my customer with a delay.”

Hi there, I am sorry to hear this. I have looked into this and can see that the team have replied and offered a solution. You ordered a pattern part not a genuine one and as we say on our website, sometimes these parts need fettling to fit.
