“Ordered a gas cap and radio antenna that the website said would fit my car. Neither fit, roughly $90 in parts and then an additional $140+ in taxes, shipping costs and tariffs (tariffs due to our dipshit President here in the US). Obviously annoyed that neither part ordered fit my car and to return them would me another $100+. But what made me leave this review was that Hertitage has sent me numerous requests for a review. Instead of posting my feedback here, I had responded privately numerous times to share my experience without it being public. To date, no from Heritage has responded to me directly. And I still keep getting requests to leave a review. Heritage, have someone check your "inbox" on whatever email platform you use.”
