“I’ve been using VW Heritage for more than 20 years, and it seems their customer service is not what it used to be. The door was initially lost by DHL, and VW Heritage advised me to chase the courier myself, which I found completely unacceptable. When the door finally arrived a week late, the packaging was open and the door had clearly been dropped in transit, resulting in damage. As it was a special-order item, I chose to repair the damage myself rather than wait for a replacement. Despite the delivery issues, the door itself is very good quality. If you can get it delivered without being damaged, it's an excellent product.”

“I order parts for my 83 Volkswagen rabbit. I spent over $500 so that I would clear the $300 free shipping, only to finally after waiting weeks hear from the shipper DHL that there is a $148 shipping fee. Very disappointed, and feel lied too.”

“No gasket with a part that would obviously need a gasket & all of your competitors supply a gasket. Poor knowledge, just a parts middle man, which is a shame as I picked you because you have next day delivery. Shame I paid the extra only to be let down and still have a vehicle off the road.”
