“Tempi di consegna previsti inattesi, anche chiedendo al supporto clienti chiarimenti vengono fornite date disattese. "La merce è in arrivo nel magazzino in Germania domani" ... dopo 1 settimana "La merce deve arrivare". ... senza ulteriori chiarimenti. Peccato perché il catalogo è estremamente vaso ed i prezzi buoni, ma inaffidabile la gestione della spedizione .”

“Parts were a selection of bolts and washers. All were as ordered and fine. Could have been sent in a padded envelope, that would have gone in my letter box. Came in box ( 10x4x4 in approx ) that did not... Happened to catch deliverer, thus avoiding a merry chase to go fetch the PARCEL from where ever they go!”
