“I ordered a part, it was available in two weeks, 3 weeks later I received the wrong part, a part for another vehicle which has nothing to do with it, after about ten exchanges I was offered a refund, without shipping costs. I ordered several items but the most important one was the first one. I wanted to save on shipping costs.Despite the supposed unavailability of the part, it remains available for order as of today.Refuses to send me the part, that it will never be put back in stock.”

“First part of the order arrived very quickly. Packed well and great communication. The other part of the order is a special order in item but communication very clear and was told about the later delivery at the time of ordering and also on the telephone when I had ordered.”
