“I left 3 stars.... Delivery was quick and most of the items received were perfectly fine..... However... I ordered a spare bulb and fuse kit which was listed as a VW Tin.... This was not a tin, it was a plastic container.... I only bought it for the novelty value so was already disappointed. Then on opening the 'TIN' I was expecting to see bulbs and fuses set in a shaped piece of sponge , which on the website shows a perfectly fitted sponge that filled the 'TIN'... Nope, what I got was a roughly cut piece of sponge with items pushed into it.....which also didn't match what was on the website. There was even a free floating extra fuse that wasn't on the listing at all.... So all in all, a bit disappointed....as this is not what I've come to expect from a company such as Heritage..... Frustrating as I'd still recommend them for parts and accessories ... Maybe this was an isolated incident but I'm left wandering....”

“Leider wurde das Teil zurückgeschickt vom Zusteller -angeblich kein Namensaufkleber -Name ist deutlich an dem Briefkasten aufgeklebt-bitte nochmals zustellen u ich hatte noch einen Ablageort hinterlegt an der Tür”
