“Ordered at distance via the internet iCarsoft Porsche V3 OBD2 Diagnostic to fix a fault on the ECU for the CRR23 and Bose Amp. Plugged the unit in and it couldn’t see either item on the ECU. Raised a return through the Heritage process and they rejected the return as I had plugged the tool into the car… How would you know the tool isn’t fit for purpose if you do not plug it in…?”

“Lagernde Artikel wurden wie üblich im zeitlichen Rahmen geliefert. Artikel bei denen eine Lieferzeit von drei Wochen angegeben wurde, sind jetzt ohne genauere Angabe frühestens nach sechs Wochen lieferbar. Ich glaube, dass auch diese schwammige Aussage nicht zutreffend ist. Ich bin nicht zufrieden!”

“Unfortunately worst experience so far. However, not all due to Heritage. Used to be free delivery on orders over £75 with 2/3 day delivery stated. Order was over £400, charged for delivery and waited almost 12 days. Thats on the courier and we all know who that is.”
