Hi Garry, thank you for your review - we are sorry but our email responses have proved more effective than phone lines; we are constantly looking at how we service our customers but it is difficult to provide 24-7 phone support. Would an online 24-7 support chat help?

“Expensive to shop for small items like oil seals and the like, up to 50 per cent postage on top. Best to place a bulk parts order. Have a look on EBay as they sell items there often at nil postage.”

“I have been their customer for several years now and have never had es like I used to have with GSF or Euro Car Parts. I currently have a 1977 Scirocco that is in a slow process of restoration. Heritage has been an excellent resource but obviosly there are things that don't exist anymore! I used to have a Mk2 Golf Diesel as well that I got parts from Heritage as well. My only regret is that they shut down the phone line; "we" as owner/keepers don't have access to the old fashioned blue-prints and locate part numbers, etc.”
