“No issues with service or delivery, but the heater valve is worthless. It "functions" with sufficient stiffness that the operating cable kinda piles up on itself. Go Westy is thoughtful enough to advise this is a possibility. They offer an alternative for about the same price as the useless piece I now need to replace on my van. HPC is a fine company. It's disappointing to spend substantial money on a worthless part.”

However, I can see that all your questions were answered by our team both on the product question side and with regards to the website issues. We were unable to answer your website issue until after it had been resolved, but all your other questions were dealt with within less than 30 minutes response time. I am sorry about the website outage; this matter has been addressed and fixed now.
