“It's great to be able to get so many parts for my vw but what let's you down is there is no contact number to talk about parts etc. I know you have Web chat but this slows down the buying process drastically.”

“I received the wrong part for my vw, they do not have a US address to return item. I have to pay $150.00 to send the parts that I paid $240.00. They just got free money from me.”

“Can’t tell you if the product works as expected but it is incorrectly showing as compatible with my vehicle (VW T4 - 1995) After reaching out to customer service to arrange returns on this and a few other bits they have been extremely unhelpful. Pushing to fill out forms and refusing to cover the cost of returns when I would have never brought the product if it wasn’t right. Complete time wasters and once I have my refund I’ll be avoiding.”

“Es war nur eine Schraube die uns gefehlt hat damit wir endgültig unsere Servolenkung an unserem Oldi (Bj.1984 - T3 Synchro) fertig einbauen konnten! Nur Heritage konnte uns hier helfen! Servolenkung ist nun eingebaut Dank der letzten Schraube von Heritage!!!”

“Good quality products but it is very inconvenient that you have no real customer service that you can phone up and talk to someone to discuss what part you need. Sometimes I don't use heritage parts because I need to talk to a real person, so I use euro parts of GSF. If I could phone up and talk to someone I would use heritage more.”

“hatte gedacht, wenn ich bei einem Anbieter aus Bremen bestelle, dass das Paket dann auch bei mir nach maximal einer Woche ankommt. Allerdings hat es rund nen Monat gedauert weil der Anbeter es selber auch erst noch bestellen musste. Das Produkt ist an sich gut!”

“Have previously ordered from Heritage so knew they were reasonably priced. Replacement turbo hose arrived 48hrs after ordering. Great service and price. Will definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
