Morning, Thanks for the positive review. Ref the speed of delivery. Your order was placed on Wednesday AM and delivered on Friday afternoon. Well within the lead time for a standard delivery. We do offer a next day delivery for orders placed before 4pm Mon-Thur, should something be needed in a hurry.

“Missing over a grand in parts after spending loads over the last couple of months and can’t get anyone to speak to me. When things go well it’s fine but now there has been a problem I’m left on my own with not contact. The good thing is I paid with a credit card so I will be contacting them about a charge back. All it would take is a phone call to let me know what’s going on. I will be placing orders with other companies that I can get on the phone for questions and problems”

Afternoon Timothy, I'm not sure what the problem was. All looks ok on the tracking app. But if you submit a ticket to us via the contact us link on our website. Explain what the problem is & request that we call you and I'll ensure that someone does phone you.

“As a customer who lives in the US, I find Heritage Parts Center to be a reliable source for many otherwise impossible to find vintage VW restoration parts. Granted, international shipping is not cheap- but Heritage’s reasonable parts pricing and quality of merchandise more than offsets that lone inescapable drawback. Definitely on my list of preferred sellers. Will buy again.”

“You are absolutely rubbish, when all goes well, you're fine, but if, god forbid there's an issue, you become invisible and uncontactable, and don't even bother to respond, shame on you. Caveat Emptor people”

“Nothing wrong with the kit. When everything goes right with VW Heritage, it's fine, but if there's a problem, then good luck trying to get a response, they're an absolute shower, appalling customer service, and absolutely no way of actually speaking to anyone. There are better places/options to shop, AVOID”
