“I want to give them 5 stars but… I had sent multiple emails asking to confirm the correct seatbelt for my 1996 VW Eurovan. I originally was recommended the wrong seatbelt. Upon my insistence that it wasn’t correct they revised their recommendation and suggested an alternate. When it arrived it was not the correct part. Sadly, I’m now stuck with a seatbelt that I cannot use and will cost more than twice as much as what it cost to ship back to them. If you want a seatbelt for a VW Eurovan and you live in Western Canada please let me know. I’ll sell it to you cheap. :(”
