“Falsely advertised a part as in stock, had to source it elsewhere as needed the part in question on the day. Part didn't even turn up for 3 days and when requesting a refund I was given the run around”

Hi Mark, sorry to hear this. I can assure you we do not falsely advertise, but sometimes when stock levels are low (when only one or two items are left in stock) sometimes another customer will beat you to the available stock before the website updates.
