“I ordered drive shafts for £240 and spark plugs. Only the spark plugs arrived. They say they sent them in the tiny box that arrived. I've been left out of pocket by heritage parts. I've spent thousands with them since as far back as they were BBT. After this blunder I will never use them again.”

As our team mentioned, courier tracking records stated that all had been delivered okay so we were unaware of any issue until you contacted us. Glad to see we got it sorted out for you.
