“Having bought a 12 volt starter for my 1966 Splitscreen , it was suggested i bought a magnetic bolt to ease fitting , not a good idea , the starter is aluminium , th bolt did not make it easier . Doug.”

“Firstly, I would like to commend you on the excellent quality of the parts received, it's truly appreciated. However, with reference to Order #0002175124, I would like to bring to your attention that I received a few additional items that were not part of my original order. These include: Door rubbers (Left & Right) – Part No. 11183172/AR (Beetle), A pair of wiper blades – Part No. 421A-SL, Rubber bungs – 50 pcs, Part No. 113857219/A/ and three additional pieces without part numbers. While I understand errors do happen, I was required to pay customs duties on these additional items for which I have no use. Kindly advise on how you wish to proceed with rectifying this matter. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding reimbursement or return instructions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
