“Some parts were perfect but a basic thing like a VW golf fanbelt was a mile out. That involves parcel & going to the post office & paying to return it. Most parts companies for along time have a reg number part matching system.”

“Hallo und guten Tag, vorab, ich bin zufrieden mit der Qualität der Ware und dem Support von Heritage. Ein Teil der Lieferung hat länger gedauert, was aber für mich vollkommen in Ordnung war, da die Ware zunächst aus England nach Deutschland musste. Der Support hat mir immer schnell und freundlich Rückmeldung gegeben. Die Lieferung ist komplett und die Preise sind angemessen. Vielen Dank!!! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Olaf Petersen”

“I ordered a heated rear window for a 74 Karmann Ghia which is unavailable in the USA. I was concerned about having it shipped from the UK but it came in perfect shape. It was very well packaged and looked great! Thanks Heritage!”

“The part was not the correct fit - the connections are marginally too large and so you have to use a lot of force to get it to go in place. Wholes for the bolts are also cut in the wrong place - had to be bent to fit the front one and the rear didn't align at all.”
