“Really surprised that I had to take scissors to most of the individual blinds to make them fit. Thought they'd at least be numbered for position but no. Nothing. Poor I'd say.”

“Ich kann noch nichts über die Passgenauigkeit sagen da ich das Ersatzteil erst im Winter verbauen werde. Lieferzeit war absolut OK, Qualität des Ersatzteils Optisch ganz OK, rest nach Einbau bewertbar.”

“I want to give them 5 stars but… I had sent multiple emails asking to confirm the correct seatbelt for my 1996 VW Eurovan. I originally was recommended the wrong seatbelt. Upon my insistence that it wasn’t correct they revised their recommendation and suggested an alternate. When it arrived it was not the correct part. Sadly, I’m now stuck with a seatbelt that I cannot use and will cost more than twice as much as what it cost to ship back to them. If you want a seatbelt for a VW Eurovan and you live in Western Canada please let me know. I’ll sell it to you cheap. :(”

“The experience of dealing with the parts centre was very good. But they were very badly let down by their delivery service. I needed the part in a hurry. Paid a reasonable amount for next day delivery before 12. When did the courier try to deliver it to my garage business? 7.30 pm. Part finally arrived days later (weekend in the middle). Terrible service from a supposed reliable courier. Change your courier immediately or stop offering next day delivery.”

“The parts arrived as described, and quickly. My frustration is with the cost of shipping. The site says in large lettering, free shipping on orders of 300 or more. I took extra time to find additional items I wanted to hit the 300 mark. Hit 315 or so, and at check out get hit with a 50 shipping fee due to a large item charge. When arrrived, The box weighed approximately 5 lbs and was the size of a large shoe box. So much for free shipping, and I can't fathom the large item. That just doesn't track. So beware of additional shipping charges, and don't believe the free shipping on orders over 300. It is false advertisement in. My eyes.”

“Parts are yet to be installed. First time customer, forgot to put in my 10% code...emailed they said they have no way to charge back...not true. It was paid with Paypal, it's easy to send a partial credit, only takes about 2 seconds....pretty lame. Maybe on being a future customer. Shipping was not a problem. Rabbit truck taillights not listed for US years, they are a direct fit.”

“Wir haben für die Stoßfänger vorne und hinten die Clipse 171-807-269 C und 171-807-269 B bestellt. Heute wollten wir die Stoßstange vorne montieren und haben dabei festgestellt, dass hier die Clipse mit der Nummer 171-807-269 C nur einmal in der Verpackung mit einem Clips 171-807-269 B waren. Somit haben wir 3 Stück 171-807-269 B und konnten die Stoßstange vorne nicht montieren. :-(”

“Ordered my new VW 1303 Steering Box and wanted to order more parts. One of them obviously caused a more tha $400 shipping fee. You state , that orders over $250 are shipped for free. This is why I took only the steering box for more than $500 and cancelled the other parts. Very sad. So, my question, either the order over $250 is free shipping or not ?”

“Heritage have been fantastic so far with all previous orders. However. Placed order & needed to remove some items that we later found. Requested confirmation that this was done. But no confirmation that they were. Also requested confirmation that items ordered were the correct ones. As description of goods on website wasn’t very clear. Item’s were dispatched, but would have appreciated notification so that we could add To order to save on freight as we are on the other side of the world. Our only complaint is that there was no return communication.”

“Hallo. Danke für die Zusendung der Stoßstangen Ich fand es ausgesprochen schlecht, dass ich nicht darüber informiert wurde, dass nur ein Halter kommt und der andere später. Eine ist blank der andere KTL beschichtet. :-( Somit muss ich einen KTL beschichten lassen.”
