“Prices are ok, if you need a price match they will do it but it takes 10 days. In fact any service help ticket takes about 8 -10 days. The problem is that the first response is in about 24 hours, then they provide one piece of help, so you respond immediatley and then your help ticket goes to the bottom of the list. So next response will be another 24-48 hours (no weekends) and this goes on and on and finally after ten days you get a complete answer. I've now had three different orders all over 500eur and each order goes like this.... If you can hire more service advisors this would help! on my last two orders it wasnt worth the wait and I ordered half the parts from the other providers (Meca, Dream etc). There is no phone number for europe and there is no live chat in Europe... not on my three browsers.”

“The supposedly ‘100% waterproof’ car cover is not completely waterproof. I had runs of water onto the vehicle from ingress from the roof. I had to chase Customer service for a response from my complaint and their reply simply refused to believe this, which is quite disappointing. I was particularly annoyed at being told that I had only bought the cover a couple of weeks before and it hadn’t rained much in that time, when in fact we had had unprecedentedly heavy rain and the fact it had leaked in the first week of use was exactly the reason for my concern. This poor customer services attitude has left me reluctant to use Heritage Parts again.”

“Guten Tag, Ehrlich gesagt bin ich etwas enttäuscht. Lieferung und Zustand des gelieferten Paket's war alles in bester Ordnung. Nur hab ich bessere Qualität beim Blech erwartet. Am Ende ist es der Blechhersteller der für alle Marken Reparaturblech anbietet nur das ich hier ca. 40% mehr bezahlt habe. Finde ich leider nicht wirklich gut.”

“Die Dichtung passt aber! ! Ein riesen karton für das kleine teil und noch nicht einmal verklebt So dass die kleine Dichtung schon am herausfallen war der bote hat es gesehn ein wunder dass ich nicht einen leeren Karton bekommen habe dass ist nicht professionell”

“Es hat ein bisschen gedauert bis meine Bestellung verschickt wurde. Also es dann so weit war ging es aber schnell. An sich was auch alles gut verpackt. Produkt nicht absolut überragend aber okay.”

“Artikel wurde im Shop als lieferbar angezeigt, war es dann aber doch nicht. Hätten das Vorzelt für unseren Urlaub benötigt. Die anschließende Kommunikation (wäre auch erstattet worden) und Lieferung war einwandfrei.”
