“Heritage have been fantastic so far with all previous orders. However. Placed order & needed to remove some items that we later found. Requested confirmation that this was done. But no confirmation that they were. Also requested confirmation that items ordered were the correct ones. As description of goods on website wasn’t very clear. Item’s were dispatched, but would have appreciated notification so that we could add To order to save on freight as we are on the other side of the world. Our only complaint is that there was no return communication.”

“Hallo. Danke für die Zusendung der Stoßstangen Ich fand es ausgesprochen schlecht, dass ich nicht darüber informiert wurde, dass nur ein Halter kommt und der andere später. Eine ist blank der andere KTL beschichtet. :-( Somit muss ich einen KTL beschichten lassen.”

“Some parts were perfect but a basic thing like a VW golf fanbelt was a mile out. That involves parcel & going to the post office & paying to return it. Most parts companies for along time have a reg number part matching system.”

“Having bought a 12 volt starter for my 1966 Splitscreen , it was suggested i bought a magnetic bolt to ease fitting , not a good idea , the starter is aluminium , th bolt did not make it easier . Doug.”

“Firstly, I would like to commend you on the excellent quality of the parts received, it's truly appreciated. However, with reference to Order #0002175124, I would like to bring to your attention that I received a few additional items that were not part of my original order. These include: Door rubbers (Left & Right) – Part No. 11183172/AR (Beetle), A pair of wiper blades – Part No. 421A-SL, Rubber bungs – 50 pcs, Part No. 113857219/A/ and three additional pieces without part numbers. While I understand errors do happen, I was required to pay customs duties on these additional items for which I have no use. Kindly advise on how you wish to proceed with rectifying this matter. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding reimbursement or return instructions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

“Aus meiner Bestellung vom 7.3. 2025 wurde einTeil schnell geliefert ( Sicherungsclips für Sitzkipphebel ) ,auf den eigentlichen Sitzkipphebel für Porsche 944 warte ich aber bis heute 26.3.vergeblich und es gibt kein Update wann er eintreffen könnte , telefonischer Kontakt nicht möglich, KI Chat brachte keine neuen Erkenntnisse.”

“Your in-house services are good however, there is weak coordination with your shipping agents. In instances of back orders, there is total absence of information to link each parcel number to the spare parts in the package. This can lead to loses for your customers.”
