“Britpart Freelander 2 Service kit - Air, oil, & cabin filter ok. Fuel filter (of dubious quality) leaked when fitted and primed. (Disappointing and time consuming) No resolve from your customer support team.”

“Expensive to shop for small items like oil seals and the like, up to 50 per cent postage on top. Best to place a bulk parts order. Have a look on EBay as they sell items there often at nil postage.”

“Lots of really good parts- but also quite a few low quality parts from China. It used to be easy to find out by talking to someone in the know over the phone and getting some great advice. Now that the phone service has been discontinued, it’s a bit of a lottery- which is a such a shame. Have unfortunately ordered some not so great quality parts recently as they all look the same from the pictures! That’s progress I guess!? Why does this surgery have telephone as an option when it’s not available Also goes from 12 hours to return a message to over a week- nothing in between?! Such a terrible survey”

“It's great to be able to get so many parts for my vw but what let's you down is there is no contact number to talk about parts etc. I know you have Web chat but this slows down the buying process drastically.”

“Good quality products but it is very inconvenient that you have no real customer service that you can phone up and talk to someone to discuss what part you need. Sometimes I don't use heritage parts because I need to talk to a real person, so I use euro parts of GSF. If I could phone up and talk to someone I would use heritage more.”

“Muffler turned up in Australia 10 days after ordering which was good. The bolt holes to extractors had to be reamed to fit the bolts and the indentation to get around the oil filler tube was 20mm out so some panel beating had to be done.”

“I think I have already reviewed my recent order. 1962 beetle door handles excellent quality. Chinese Chrome horn ring was very badly finished. Very disappointed. Nearly sent it back but haven't the energy to post it back.”
