I had a problem with my order and was very disappointed to find out that there is no phone contact available to sort it out, I messaged and had to wait until the following day to sort it, which was done but communication was poor.

Parts arrived with no issues ,but my 10%summer discount code wasn't working so I ended up paying full price .

click & collect is very efficient, BUT, if you are uncertain that you have ordered the correct part when collecting, then there is nobody technical to talk to. Just Kampers do it much better.

Whilst ordering a part on line is very simple, there is no means of talking to HPC for Engineering advice. Please could you offer this option when phoning? Regards Chris Bunn

My name is Tom and the parts I recently ordered were for my friend Denis who historically has always done business with you by telephone. As he is not online and you no longer seem to offer a telephone service he asked me order on his behalf. The ordering process itself was fairly straightforward after we had negotiated the myriad of options, (probably due to VW's fault rather than yours). I swiftly received an email advising 1 item was not available and offering me a refund, which I accepted. His local VW dealer obtained the part (thermostat cover) in 3 days, although at a slightly higher cost. His address and telephone number are on file should further discussion be necessary.

I have a problem with the indicator I brought from you, firstly the alignment holes are out of line. Secondly when using the head light flasher the horn sounds and thirdly the arm will not push forward to engage the main beam. Would you like me to return it to you for examination?
