Informationen bzgl. Liefertermin sehr schlecht. Immer wieder nachfragen, man bekommt innerhalb 24 Stunden eine Antwort aber diese stimmen oft nicht bzgl. Liefertermin o.ä. Bauteil Qualität etc. Passt

Ordered some spareparts, some were ok but the headlights groomets not. Even if i ordered 2x the same item, the quality between the 2 items is different, one is covered with poweder (softer) the black one is harder. I don t really understand that difference on the same groomet. See picture

Was a little disappointed. I ordered the incorrect coilovers for my vehicle and didn't get much help with resolving the issue. Other than its probably better for me to on sell the coilovers as it will be cheaper. I understand it's my fault for ordering the wrong part but I am new to Volkswagen's. I did mention I need to order many more parts but I will do that from some where that can offer a little more help if it's the wrong part. I'm in Australia and have purchased out of other companies overseas with other cars. Have never been told it would be cheaper for me to on sell parts before.

I have been happy with most items. Lock seal , gas strut, bonnet alignment rubbers and seat guide rails. the Rocker cover gasket is probably not best quality as these are normally made from cork and have the other two parts made separate in blue and orange rubber. I am not sure what spark plugs have been supplied they are NGK but don't know the model. Outside this i am impressed with your service and speed in dispatch. Will definitely shop here again. Kind regards Brian

I still struggle with the new layout as before idmf uou bought an item you would get recommendations. Also I feel it's a shame you can not talk to a person as they were very helpful and had an understanding of what you required.

Hi Timothy, if you need advice on the correct parts to order or fitment advice you can call our technical support team. They are on the phones from 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday to answer your questions, please note this is a technical support line only - they cannot deal with general customer service enquiries. The number is 01273 444000.

I have been buying parts for my T4 from Heritage Parts Centre for a while and have always been more than happy with the quality of the items they sell. However my recent experience when my order clearly got confused in their dispatch department and I received an other customer's parts under my order reference highlighted to me the short comings of Heritage's recent policy change to discontinue any opportunities to speak to a member of their team on the phone for any purpose. The problem could only be resolved by a succession of emails to and forth and it is a credit to the several individuals involved at Heritage that it was sorted out well by them after several emails in both directions. But the inability to have any verbal communication whatsoever I now regard as a shortcoming of Heritage Parts Centre, which will make me think twice about ordering again which is a pity. I am the owner of several different types of classic/enthusiast cars and regard the knowledge of and access to the people who work in the parts supply business as an important part of the Classic Car Community. Unfortunately because Heritage Parts Centre have now decided to prevent the opportunity for any personal contact with customers, my preference is to look to alternative suppliers where it is still possible to speak to someone if you need to.

The shipping takes a long time. I would wrather shop Paruzzi as it is much faster. I shop Heritage only if Paruzzi does not have the part I am looking for...

The customer service is not that great. It seems that the employees, or the hired service centre, are just order takers and do not make a customer feel taken care of. They are more likely to just say sorry we can't do that. For example when I had placed my recent order and I realised I forgot to add an important part to the order and I did not want to initiate another shipping charge for this super light weight item. 1st there was no way to edit my order after placing, nor was there a way to cancel it. (think of Amazon, as they have these options). I called to ask someone if they could help and the answer I received was. "No we can't change orders once they have been placed." I ended up writting back again and someone bent the rules and sent me a link to pay for just the part I missed and add it to the order. Yeah! On this same order there was a wrong item that arrived a dual jet nozzle for the windshield washer on an early beetle. The correct item as shown in the photo for the item ordered is a tear drop shape, and what came was more of an oval shape (different part from later beetles). I have not initiated the refund on this yet, as there is still an item that is outstanding from this order the Bonnet Crest Seal Set SKU: 113-853-611 Backorder Special Order - delivery 12 weeks This item has never shipped yet I received this survey as if the order is completed.

Been a customer for 20 years. Heritage is only a 35 min drive so it’s easy when I need something short notice, however I don’t much care for the collection point in the end of a corridor instead of the shop, but I understand the likely reasons due to Covid and so on, and the shop could be a little bit hit and miss at times anyway as you felt like you were taking staff away from their jobs behind the scenes. The range of items for different price points where available can be useful as repro stuff isn’t always the best quality. If I’m not in a rush I certainly look at the wider market, some specialist suppliers are better for some items than others, while it can also be useful to look at non-specialists as prices are often lower. It’s the price you pay to have the convenience of most things all in one place and easy to find. One thing that’s annoying is these poorly thought out surveys, for instance it asks how I communicated but I didn’t, I just filled in a web returns form, but there’s no option for that. Likewise it asks how quick was the response was, with options
