“Ich habe eine Unterdruckdose für einen Bosch Zündverteiler bestellt. Die Nummer meines Verteilers war als passend in der Beschreibung der Unterdruckdose angegeben. Allerdings ist das Funktionsprinzip der mir geschickten Unterdruckdose (ohne Rückstellfeder) ein anderes als bei meinem defekten Teil. Daher ging die Bestellung zurück. Wäre gut, wenn Artikel genauer beschrieben werden und angegebene Bosch Teilenummern noch einmal auf Passung überprüft werden würden.”

“Navigating your on line shop is excellent, but I have few items that were out of stock. That’s ok I understand that , and the warehouse needs replenishing , I think a little update on how long to my outstanding parts will be ? Would not be unreasonable. “No problem with the parts received however your decision to remove the ability to be able to speak to an experienced person for parts ordering may look good on an accounts spreasheet but diminishes your customer service standards. I know that you'll respond by saying that queries can be sent in to a queries email address but whoever decided that this was an acceptable alternative to speaking to a knowledgeable human being knows absolutely nothing about human inter-relationships. For this reason I will now only use your services where there is no realistic alternative. I recently used JustKampers to order parts and my experience was streets ahead of using Heritage Parts. I picked up the phone, spoke to a very helpful bloke who was knowledgeable and the parts arrived the next day and I live in the north of Scotland. Yes their delivery times were far better than Heritage Parts as well.”

“Hi, sorry for my late reply. Item delivered on time, no boxed items just plastic bags in a packet. The plastic bag holding the wiper arms was open (torn open) at one end (a returned item?) The passenger side arm has paint finish damage to the blade connector end (photo not brilliant) which I guess will corrode in no time, black wipers and black coach work make it stand out. Shame, i realise this item is not OEM, but for £125 I would expect them to arrive undamaged. Over to you. Thanks. Alan”

“The undertray was thin flimsy plastic.... It was a nightmare to fit too because none of the holes lined up.... Wasn't expecting to have to modify the window wind deflectors either! Thought they were Helo ones too!! Bit disappointed in all”

“I am confused about the installation of the Jelassi windows that I purchased. I got a response that they screw in, but there are no screw holes and I was told that there are no brackets, but the Body Shop is siding that they need brackets please thank you.”

“Buongiorno, ho acquistato da voi dei coprisedili per un volksvagen trasporter T5 , devo dire che tutto sommato vanno bene. qualche piccola imprecisione nel coprisedile doppio 1 fila, e' un po corto il velcro di chiusura non si sovrappone. Seconda fila va bene. terza fila non coincidono le asole per l'inserimento dei poggia testa. Inoltre sono troppo pochi gli elastici per mettere i ganci, qualcuno di piu' non starebbe male, i sedili sarebbero piu' raccolti e precisi. I poggiatesta sono giusti e perfetti.”

“Part ordered was fine. Postage was the problem. Overseas postage cost over $30 for the size of a spark plug. Took nearly three weeks to arrive. Poor communications from Heritage parts. What happened to using DHL for overseas orders which arrived within a few days. Will be looking elsewhere now for my spare parts after spending thousands of dollars with your mob.”

“Item arrived within a few days but unfortunately the adhesive on it was dried up & therefore not fit for purpose. Had to go out to find some glue that would fix it in place. You must of had the item in stock for years.”
