“It took 4 hours to a glass technician to place the rubbers with the plastic trim on the car. The windshield rubber and the side rubbers did tear a bit near the seam, and the plastic trim is not as OEM, the metal doesn't go up to edge, and that makes visible the plastic edge on the trim..”

“I'm not sure as a trader (Volksgoods) you have started asking for feedback? I guess 80% of the parts are to replace our local stock, the other 20% ordered for a specific task. Yes the service from VW Heritage is generally very good to outstanding. If and when we do have an issue with a part purchased from you it is resolved even if there is a 'time elapsed' situation since purchase.”

“I am not sure that the part is the correct one because it looks so different but, it might just be a new and improved design. I was disappointed that there was not an hard copy of instructions for installing included in package. I’m taking the Van and Brackets into a Certified VW mechanic and see if they know how to put them on.”
