“I am not sure that the part is the correct one because it looks so different but, it might just be a new and improved design. I was disappointed that there was not an hard copy of instructions for installing included in package. I’m taking the Van and Brackets into a Certified VW mechanic and see if they know how to put them on.”

“Parts not fitted yet but they look right, quick click and collect - I miss the counter service which was a lot easier. I questioned the price of the parts as it was a lot cheaper (over £17) to buy all the bits seperately than to buy the set. I never got a reply to my message but thankfully the price was corrected.”

“good quality, however had to cut pipe for swb as advertised but also had to swage pipe to fit centre box pipe (difficult to do). Also rear hanger had to be modified to avoid exhaust box fouling van floor.”

“Timely and polite customer service. Let down by courier as some items arrived damaged, but no quibbles Heritage sorted it out quickly. My only issue was you could not ring them as it was all email / ticket based comms. Sometimes it’s easier to explain on a telephone call.”
