“Parts arrived on time and fair price. I was missing a bag of bits in the set (would have been 5 stars) they sent the missing parts out straight away. Great service and quality parts.”

“Parts not fitted yet but they look right, quick click and collect - I miss the counter service which was a lot easier. I questioned the price of the parts as it was a lot cheaper (over £17) to buy all the bits seperately than to buy the set. I never got a reply to my message but thankfully the price was corrected.”

“good quality, however had to cut pipe for swb as advertised but also had to swage pipe to fit centre box pipe (difficult to do). Also rear hanger had to be modified to avoid exhaust box fouling van floor.”

“Hola buenos días generalmente todo bien lo que ocurre es que pedí un encendedor para una furgoneta Volkswagen T2 hace bastantes semanas y todavía no ha llegado. Obviamente será problema de logística pero tampoco está informado puntualmente. Me gustaría saber si hay algún método para hacer el seguimiento. Muchas gracias”

“Entrega deficiente. El envío se produjo el mismo día. Bien por Heritage, peró tardó 9 días en llegar desde Alemania a España. Además, DHL no lo entregó en el domicilio: lo dejó en un punto de recogida.”

“Timely and polite customer service. Let down by courier as some items arrived damaged, but no quibbles Heritage sorted it out quickly. My only issue was you could not ring them as it was all email / ticket based comms. Sometimes it’s easier to explain on a telephone call.”

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this and apologise that, as your order was placed on 29th December when our team were all on the Christmas break, we could not email you until after our return on 2nd January - and we got back to a backlog so it took a little longer than usual. We are sorry about that!
