“Timely and polite customer service. Let down by courier as some items arrived damaged, but no quibbles Heritage sorted it out quickly. My only issue was you could not ring them as it was all email / ticket based comms. Sometimes it’s easier to explain on a telephone call.”

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this and apologise that, as your order was placed on 29th December when our team were all on the Christmas break, we could not email you until after our return on 2nd January - and we got back to a backlog so it took a little longer than usual. We are sorry about that!

Hi Kelly, I've looked into this and your email was replied to regarding amending your order - my colleague replied within 2 hours? Do check your junk or spam folders, sometimes our replies get forwarded to junk or spam by some mail servers.
