“Great Product at a really good price, unfortunately it was let down by poor communication and a long delivery window. I received zero notification of my delivery, so subsequently it turned up while I was out.”

“Porsche parts, having used heritage for over 20 years for VW parts I thought I'd try there Porsche parts,Good website for finding parts needed, fast and secure delivery, although both parts were of poor quality when arrived and resorted to buying from Porsche. Upon comparing the rubber seal side by side the Heritage part would not have been up to the job as it was a different profile and a poorer quality rubber feeling hard and flawed on the outer surface,”

“I've been using Heritage parts centre for years now, and have always thought the service was great, but as of the last few orders I've placed the communication has been terrible, I only get confirmation of an order, then confirmation of dispatch and then on the day of delivery I get told what time the delivery will arrive, I live in a rural area, so always need to rush around to organise someone to be at home to receive the order as the courier will not leave it. Communication before the delivery day would be helpful”

“Hi Sorry for the 4 star review, but I find it harder ordering parts from you nowadays and my last order went to another vendor who'm I could talk to as there was two different parts avaliable and wanted to make sure I had the right one. I am afraid an email response within 24 hours is no good to me and then back and forth etc . My last purchase was sent out very quickly indeed though, so very pleased with that service. I know exactly what I needed there and did not need any advice on that occasion. That was great service, thank you.”
