“I have given only 4 stars because the item ordered was sent in an unusable condition, ie broken, Quality checks? I knew it was broken before I opened the packaging because it rattled when it shouldn't have. Having said that, contact with Heritage Parts was friendly, helpful and relatively quick in response times. A replacement item was provided without any stress or haggling, as with some unmentionable providers. I am a repeat customer to Heritage Parts and I will have no problems buying from them again.”

“the parts i ordered were reasonably priced ,my only complaints are ,the company they use to ship the parts has no real way of tracking the delivery ,which was a real pain ,also contacting heritage parts is useless ,you fill out a webform and they get back to you(after a day) ...no real contact numbers for immediate assistance ,so my takeaways from this are ,yes the parts are good and priced reasonabley ,the support is woeful and needs addressed”

“The parts we ordered from them have been the correct ones so far, we usually try to get the better quality ones when possible, my only complaint is the delivery company they use, as they take so long to deliver some times when using the free delivery option, thankfully they dont use (Evry) If we order next day we get them quicker. Overall they have the right parts and can deliver them.”

“Shims we're poorly stamped meaning that the centre hole has a slightly raised edge. This added approx 3thou to the thickness in this specific area. Doesn't sound a lot but if using several it mounts up. I rubbed them down on an oilstone.”
