“They have a wide range of parts, the prices of which are comparable with other similar vendors. I ordered a bunch of said parts and they were delivered several days later. Their site is easy to use. So that's all good. Recommended.”

“Always good to go to the Heritage website when buying parts for my Karmann Ghia coupe. Always top quality for sale, the only downside is not being able to speak to a representative over the phone any longer , it’s loosing that personal touch enthusiasts appreciate.”

“I was pleased with the quality of the products and the delivery timeframe. However I was disappointed that despite trying several times I was unable to activate the 9werks discount code which was still showing as a valid date. There was no one to speak to about this and I therefore paid full price. I would hesitate to use this service again unless this situation is resolved.”

Apologies the T+C were not clearer on our recent sitewide sale. When we do these promotions, the club discount codes are unable to work at the same time. However, the offer discount was equal or greater than the 9Werks discount code, so please be assured you have still benefited from money off your order. “Porsche parts, having used heritage for over 20 years for VW parts I thought I'd try there Porsche parts,Good website for finding parts needed, fast and secure delivery, although both parts were of poor quality when arrived and resorted to buying from Porsche. Upon comparing the rubber seal side by side the Heritage part would not have been up to the job as it was a different profile and a poorer quality rubber feeling hard and flawed on the outer surface,”

“I've been using Heritage parts centre for years now, and have always thought the service was great, but as of the last few orders I've placed the communication has been terrible, I only get confirmation of an order, then confirmation of dispatch and then on the day of delivery I get told what time the delivery will arrive, I live in a rural area, so always need to rush around to organise someone to be at home to receive the order as the courier will not leave it. Communication before the delivery day would be helpful”
