The first item sent came broken as it wasn’t packed in the best way possible. I then returned it and had another sent. The new one came in the same type of packaging which I was disappointed to see and there was also a small scratch on it. However, delivery was fast and returning the item was simple and easy.

Good to know that a place exists where I can get parts for our VW...but they are NOT cheap, I guess that is sadly what to expect on a limited market...

Got the parts in super quick time , one of the parts was wrong , still waiting to get that corrected , in fairness I'm being emailed about it , but haven't seen anything positive yet , I hope I do , it's a great parts list good pricing and quick delivery time

Parts arrived promptly and customer service was excellent to send out two replacements because the original and first replacement headlight arrived broken. Clearly the packing department needs improvement!

Glad the replacements have arrived. Sadly, items that involve glass can be susceptible to damage with the courier no matter how well they are packed.

parts were good but packaging poor combined with courier throwing package around parts were damaged would i use Heritage again NO

No complaint's on parts- they are of the usual quality; was a bit disappointed that I paid extra for next day delivery and didn't receive my goods until two days later.

just a bit disappointed that when placing an order online, it is taking over 3 days to dispatch. I ordered parts on Monday and still not dispatched. You are selling in austarlia and guarantee quick turn around, but it is taking over 10 days

Thanks for the feedback. Our Free Carriage to Australia from the UK, is usually very rapid, normally 5-6 working days. It looks like your consignment fell over a weekend, hence slowing things down slightly. Sorry if we haven't met your timescale for delivery on this occasion.

Ok, good for parts that are unavailable elsewhere but you pay a premium and delivery times and depatch times are poor

Found Parts delivered ok, parts Little poor quality. Maybe not Heritage fault, can come from supplier to them.

The range, prices, service and delivery time was great. However, the packaging was disappointing. The 4x shock absorbers were packed underneath the 2x heavy disk rotors with no padding, resulting in damaged shockers. I would have packed the heavy items in the bottom if the carton and the fragile items on top.... 3 stars

Item received within a couple of days but the item was delivered to my husbands work but was just left in the yard if somebody hadn't seen him my husband wouldn't have known it was there

Sorry about the confusion with delivery. Our couriers are contracted to obtain a signature unless instructed otherwise by the recipient.

Buying online is good and fast. Shopping at their "shop" is a very slow experience. I 've been there three times and every time, there's only one staff member serving the customers. There is nothing on display, so everything has to be picked up from behind the shop - which taks a long time. Bring a cup of coffee and charge your phone for surfing. You'll be spending some time there doing absolutely nothing.

We are sorry you had to wait around while other people are served, we will always do our best to get a second sales person to serve if they are not already on the phone in the Sales Office. We are happy to show you items from the warehouse, but with currently over twenty two thousand lines, we are unable to display everything in the shop. We also have the Click and Collect option if time is a factor.

No problem with vw. Dpd on the other hand. Paid for fast delivery. I got a email saying it would be a certain day and i would be notified in which hour. No notification. Went to the depot next day to find my parcel marked to be returned to vw heritage as the van driver said the company at the delivery address had moved. That is an absolute load of rubbish. They have been there for twenty years and are still there. Looks like the driver didnt even go there
