“I found they have a very helpfull team with pleanty of parts that i was unable to aquire , that i am Happy with , the cost to send it ? well i felt it was a little exspencive , mostly the exchange rate & our GST, I got the parts so it makes up for a lot , so no worrys here”

Thanks for taking the time to review. I'm afraid shipping can be expensive to Australia from the UK, depending on what is purchased. It is however a very quick service, taking typically 5 days to deliver.

“Hi had to buy 2 seperate purchases and disappointed that ive been charged twice for delivery charge. Other than that your site is a godsend for classic car owners”

“The website is really good. It is clear and easy to use. What let's the whole thing down is the incredibly slow and expensive postage. I have paid £13 for next day delivery for what amounts to a small envelope and even though I ordered before the cut off time on Thursday my package did not arrive till late afternoon on the Saturday. If you are in a rush (as I was) it would be better if you drive down and pick it up yourself.”

Thanks for taking the time to review. Yes, we can see you placed an order before out cut off on a Thursday, this could have been with you on the Friday, but you picked the Saturday delivery option. The order was then sent on the Friday to be with you as you had asked on the Saturday. Sadly we have no control over the exact time a parcel will be delivered, it is determined by the delivery drivers route on the day.

“I ordered a next day delivery on Friday which arrived on Monday. Need to indicate that you do not regard Saturday as a working day. Parts were scheduled to be exported on Saturday evening”

Thanks for taking the time to review us. Sorry about the confusion with your order. At the checkout we do have a clickable option for a Saturday delivery costing £13.00 if parts are needed on a Saturday. Our Next Day service is between Monday to Friday.

“The online ordering was fine but I then waited for three days to hear news of when delivery / shipment would occur. DPD did not arrive on the day that they stated and then I received an email stating that this was due to me not being at home - I was in fact at home! (I had phoned DPD earlier to enquire where my delivery was and was told that "the driver has a problem but will be with you later tonight"). I then received another text confirming that delivery would be made the next day”
