“My parents and I clubbed together and ordered a voucher for my brother in law for Christmas. When he tried to buy an item on line the voucher code was rejected. He later managed to order via telephone using the voucher.”

“Bought a pair of T4 none electric Wing Mirrors, We had recently had one smashed off by a lorry a week before our MOT, we had just pulled up and did not have time to fold it back. The 19 year old van failed on the missing wing mirror. The old ones were 'corroded' inside with a white powdery coating on the main metalwork, (and having been folding our wing mirrors back more often) once we fitted the new ones, we noticed that within a week the new ones were the same. Have since sprayed them with grease, hoping they do not look as unsightly or weaken through corrosion.”

“placed order on22/12/15 item shown as in 'stock' after four weeks I phoned to check on delivery to be told it was a 'special order' and could take five to six weeks..”

Thanks for taking the time to review us. Sorry about the slight delay involved, it looks like you placed your order just before the Christmas holidays. Many of our U.S suppliers close over the holiday period adding slightly to the delivery timescale.

“I brought a wiper arm and was not please with the quality of it. The spring is far too tight and when I tried to open the arm to fit the wiper blade the arm itself started to bend and not the joint. After straightening the arm I then found that the blade did not fit the arm as the arm is slightly smaller width and there was movement and not a tight fit, therfore I had to put a small self tapping screw in to keep secure. Overall I was not please with the item I purchased. :(”

Thanks for the review. Sorry the item wasn't workable. We will obviously have the item back for a refund and will need to investigate the problem with our supplier. If you contact customer service they will organise a return and a refund.

“Correct part but please dont use DPD as your carrier next time. They are the wort delivery company. Took 4 days to get delivered as their system didn't register the safe place instructions and you can't speak to a person when calling them only an automated service which is unhelpful.”

“Hi, I recently purchased a winter cover for my T25 VW. It was advertised for the T25 but it is very tight. I am worried that it will not last very long and also that there is little or no air circulation between vehicle and cover even though it does have vents. My vehicle is a tin top, and that's the cover I bought. Is there any chance that I have a T2 cover?? Thanks. Hugo Brewer 07812 443196”

It looks like you have received the correct cover, we list these for both Split Screen, Bay Window and T25 Buses with a Flat Top (no elevating roof) They are designed to be a close fitting cover. If you are still unsure and need more assistance please contact our Customer Service department on 01273 444000 and they should be able to help further.

“The internal machined part does not fit well to the new winder mechanism so may not last long. The item could be better machined/made to fit properly however the slack is taken up by the bolt.”

Thanks for taking the time to review us. We try and despatch items as quickly as possible, in this instance I think the order was despatched via Air Mail to keep the shipping price down as much as possible. International shipping does take a little longer to reach its destination.
