Ordered a number of items one of which was out of stock. Approx 6 weeks went by and no sign so checked the website and found the outstanding item was now back in stock but down to last few. I immediately called to be told it was fully paid for and would be dispatched shortly no explanation as to why it wasn't dispatched as soon as it came back in stock. Next working day received an email stating it had been paid for and would need to be before it could be dispatched. Staff spoken to were very helpful although misinformed by one, not impressed that I had to check stock expected this to have been an automated process

Thanks for taking the time to review us. It looks like the out of stock item arrived just before the Easter break so wasn't booked in and allocated to your order until we arrived back on the Tuesday. When the order was placed, funds are allocated for the complete order, but we only charge for in stock items at the time. Sorry for any confusion.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. Sorry about the delay with your web order delivery, it looks like when you placed the order you didn't input your full address only a house number and a postcode? This may have contributed to the slight delay.

Generally great service and seems like good quality but washers for the top rubbers on shock absorbers were too big and squeeked so had to replace them hence only a normal score from me

Thanks for the review. It looks like the item was out of stock when ordered and when the item arrived you paid via PayPal. Unfortunately the email address linked to your PayPal account didn't match the email address you use with us, hence we had no way of matching the payment to your account and order causing the delay.

Some parts poor quality .some bought wheel bearings and hub seals when the hub seals come with bearings so spent money didn't need too.top pulley not well made will be sending them back

I Think you may be referring to a previous order? We will of course have back anything that isn't required or isn't up to standard.

Products I ordered are good quality but I ordered online and asked for them to be delivered to a local UPS drop off point, I got a response to say order and payment was received but that's it, no email to say it's been dispatched or received at the dropping point from UPS or vw heritage which would have been good, I will order again but the little things like a quick email would make the experience better.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. UPS are supposed to email or text the customer to let them know the goods have been delivered, sadly they haven't been doing this and we have contacted them to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the review, the Free Shipping option is normally a 2-3 day service. If you pay for next day delivery, you will of course have an exact day for delivery.

Spares as described, good quality and a fair price, as always. I was, however, a bit disappointed that when I had to chase because the spares still hadn't arrived a day after they were scheduled to, I was told that there was a problem with the UPS Access points, when quite clearly you had just not got round to dispatching them. I wish you had just been honest, we all make mistakes, but just own up when you do. You'll be thought much better of.

Thanks for the review. I can see the parcel was signed for on the 21st. The Free Carriage option is normally a 2-3 day service, sorry about the day delay. We do have the UK next working day service for £6.00 currently, if goods are needed really rapidly.

Got a few bits and pieces off vw heritage over the past few years and everything up until I got a mk2 tear by bumper was ok. The rear bumper that was sent was an extremely poor reproduction I didnt know this until it was too late as I had it sprayed or I would have sent it back. The bumper is a terrible and nowhere near not even in the ball park of fitting. The differance between the old and new bumper is a gap of 2" terrible reproduction!!

The vouchers I bought arrived promptly but charging £5 for delivery is far to expensive. They weren't even sent recorded delivery! Come on guys, that's profiteering in my eyes. You need more reasonable charges for such light items.

Hello, I have phoned regarding some of your items, some staff do not appear to have a great knowledge of the items, George was fantastic and knows his stuff, The post is much slower than other companies I buy from, Apart from that very good, The normal vote is just because your company is much the same as others but slower posting.....

Thanks for taking the time to review us. All of our sales staff are enthusiasts, all with different areas of expertise. I can see you took the FOC shipping option which is normally a 2-3 day service. We also have a next working day service available if the goods are needed very quickly.
