I’m sure the part is fine. Ordered and delivered fine. Was not needed so dropped it back for a refund. Nearly 2 weeks later still no refund. @Up to 10 working days to refund” in this modern time is ridiculous and will only lose you future custom

Bis heute nichts erhalten. Warum zeigt man die Lieferzeit nicht beim bestellen an und bekommt danach erst eine Mail, natürlich nachdem man im Voraus bezahlen muss. Hätte dann nicht bestellt. Lieferbar 2-3 Werktage Stand in der Anzeige. Ätzend.

With their policy of not issuing refunds for 10 working days (2 weeks) after a return is received, they are going to lose business. It’s not 1985, refunds should be done within a day or 2 of receipt, not sitting on peoples money. Won’t use them again because of this

I did a google on the make and it as not good, so returned the part. Then an email saying it would be 5-10 orking days to process the refund. Ridculously long in this day and age.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate that waiting for a refund can be frustrating: we process returns and refunds as quickly as possible, and some of the refund process is out of our control once funds have left us.

Delivered a rare badge in a plastic bag with no packaging, rubbed through and with a small dent. No communication before delivery when i was chasing and no communication now i am trying to return it.

El maletero es precioso y me hacia mucha ilusion conseguirlo, lamentablemente la experiencia ha sido un desastre. Primero, Heritage ha tardado casi un mes entero en entregarlo y Segundo, cuando por fin llega, ha llegado seriamente dañado debido a un mal transporte y a un todavia peor embalaje. Una verguenza que se entregue asi un item que no fué nada barato de compra.
