After my last purchase I have left a review and no reply. The rear lower quarter panels I brought from you are not anywhere near to fitting. I would like to know if there is another option ?

Paid $300 for shipping, then the shipping company whacked me $470 for duty fee. Paid around $4500 for a system I could have gotten for $3900. If that duty fee would have been discloded up front, i would not have purchased this product.

Blinkerrelais bis heute nicht bekommen obwohl 2-3 Tage Lieferzeit zugesagt war. Erst auf Rückfrage wurde mir mittgeteilt, dass das Relais zur Zeit nicht lieferbar ist und nachgeliefert wird.

If you live in the US do NOT use this supplier. Hidden shipping fees could double the actual cost of your order. Problem is you don't know anything about this unit UPS shows up at your house and you have to cut another check or no parts. This company obviously doen't have much regard for international customers, no warning when ordering of possible additional shipping fees. NEVER AGAIN

Hi Peter, we received an email from you on Tuesday asking about your order, which we replied to within 2 minutes. We had also emailed you previously in June after the order was placed, to warn you about the long lead time on the item in your order. Perhaps the emails are in your junk folder?

Hi Lars, please reach out to our customer service team who can advise you via help@heritagepartscentre.com. Usually the issue with discount codes is because the customer has checked out as a guest rather than logging into the website. Discount codes will only work when you are logged in.

Hi Gerard, sorry to hear of your frustrations here. I am also sorry to contradict, but we did reply to all your messages. I will just reiterate that the delivery terms of next day deliveries are very clearly stated on the website and order confirmation - it is a next working day service, orders places after the Thursday cut off time will be delivered the following working day.

Ordered on 25 April with one week delivery adviseed! On 24 June I am still yetto see the delivery! So very poor.

Hi Peter, we are very sorry for the delay with the part on your order. It was a Special Order item that we order on demand for customers from our suppliers and there was a delay in the supply chain. Again, apologies for this.

Hi Joachim, sorry about your experience. We do notify customers on our US site that customs import handling fees and levies are due on arrival to the country and the customer is liable for them.

Hi Shaun, sorry to see that there was a stock error on your order. I can see that our team got back to you on every message within 24 hours, most of them within 2-3 hours, and got a replacement out to you. We do operate UK business hours so can't unfortunately respond to messages out of these hours as speedily.

I have reviewed the email chain and apologize but as we said, you have to be logged in for discount codes to work; they do not work if you are checking out as a guest. I cannot see any requests for us to call you, but if you would like us to do so just reach out. Our email response times to you were not good enough in this instance however, we apologise for that.

Ich habe anfangs 2 Felgen bestellt. Da hieß es dann : Beide felgen bestellen und bezahlen , eine Felge kommt innerhalb 2-3 Wochen , die andere Felge wird nachgeliefert. Ich habe also beide Felgen bezahlt , habe eine Felge bekommen , und dem Betrag der 2. Felge laufe ich hinterher , da es sie auf einmal nicht mehr gibt... Warum nicht gleich sagen , das es nur eine Felge gibt , dann hätte ich nämlich nichts bestellt... Jetzt sitze ich hier mit einer Felge... schon blöd. Ich werde sie behalten , und hoffen , das ich irgendwo eine 2. Felge dazubekomme. Schon ein trauriges Geschäftsgebaren , das muss man einfach so sagen...
