Tardaron en enviarlo, la empresa Heritage Parts rellenaron mi dirección de forma incorrecta, DHL me hizo ir a 40 minutos de mi casa a recogerlo después de más de 7 llamadas al servicio de atención al cliente. No volveré a comprar, 16€ de envío y un servicio pésimo y lento, evitad esta compañía. Me siento bastante engañado con todo para una primera experiencia pésima.

Selling parts without technical backup or spec details. Lazy, dismissive customer services. Plenty of other firms to use - this one is best avoided.

Hi Edward, sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I have reviewed our email records and I can see one of our team answered your technical question to the best of their ability initially and then asked for further information. The information you required initially was not contained in the information our supplier gave us, which they told you and tried to find the information from the web for you. If you'd like to reach back out to us we will look into this further for you - perhaps you could provide the calibrated photographic evidence you referred to in the email to help our guys.

Mi pedido era de dos artículos y solo me ha llegado uno, del otro no tengo noticias. He llamado al teléfono que me viene y me dice que ese servicio no está disponible. He escrito para que me actualicen el pedido y me dicen que en unos minutos me mandarán un correo pero pasada más de una hora no he recibido nada en la bandeja de entrada ni en spam.

Lamentamos su experiencia con este pedido. El artículo que faltaba estaba fuera de stock cuando usted hizo su pedido, puedo ver que mi colega respondió a su pregunta y le hizo saber que dentro de una hora de la recepción de su pregunta.

El lamelunas que he recibido está doblado y golpeado, no encaja correctamente quedando una abertura entre el cristal y la chapa.

Es tut uns leid, dass ein Artikel Ihrer Bestellung nicht auf Lager war, als Sie Ihre Bestellung aufgegeben haben. Wir haben Ihnen eine E-Mail geschickt, um Sie darüber zu informieren. Der Artikel sollte bis zum 31. März wieder auf Lager sein, wir werden ihn Ihnen so schnell wie möglich nach diesem Datum zusenden.

The parts were OK but I paid for next day express delivery, it was delivered three days later. Very disappointed but did get my delivery money back.
