Driver said he'd delivered to next door but he didn't do he just made a name up. Still not received my part I urgently asked for after half a dozen emails. Terrible

The worst company ever I paid for speedy delivery The delivery driver dropped about 2 miles From house I guess he wanted to go home !!’ Still trying to track down my purchase Will never use this company again !!!&

Never received it I received a part I did not order some sort of indicator stalk When contacting not heard anything back other than to take pictures of the box which is empty and in the bin every other part was fitted and arrived this gasket never showed up offered to send the indicator stalk back and it was like 10x the price of this £3.50 gasket but not heard anything since been buying from here for about 10+ years and got to say this has been the worse experience I’ve ever had over a little gasket

Hi Danny, Sorry to hear this. I can see the email trails between the team and you where they asked you for images of the box and what you'd received so they could take it further. You may have missed this, but they received no reply from you. Sorry about that.

nicht geliefert !!!! trotz Mahnung nicht und die help mailadresse ist ein Automat die geben weder das Geld zurück noch melden sich so etwas von unseriös habe ich noch nicht erlebt

Ich kann dann sehen, dass das Team den Versand desselben Artikels bestätigt hat. Vielleicht haben Sie uns mit einem anderen Online-Händler verwechselt.

Reklamationen sind schwierig, leider, endloser emailverkehr. Versand auch ebi falschen artikeln zu zahlen, ich bin nicht zufrieden.

Heritage Parts asks me ti review them even before the materials have been shipped. And that shipment did not yet happen 4 weeks after order. It is impossible to deal with such leadtimes in a professional restauration practice. If you want to be truly a European player, you need to undouble your warehouse between UK and the continent.

Hi Paul, we are sorry for lead times, this is why our website is asking you to review products that have not been shipped yet. We do have a warehouse in the EU and usually our lead times are either very short or non-existent because we have the items in stock.

Laut Internet war der Artikel zur Verfügung. Das bezog sich nur auf 1 Artikel. Der zweite ist nach 2 Wochen noch nicht geliefert worden.

I am appalled at the lack of customer service from Heritage parts center and do expect my money back. Do not buy anything if you are in the USA. .I bought a steering wheeel for my wifes Porsche 356 When the order arrived via UPS they wanted "a fee" an additional $256.55 dollars. Of course I refused to pay the additional cost, so I did not accept the order. Now Heritage parts will not refund me. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and also now it appears as if I would not accept the product, I want the product, however I do not expect to pay the added $256.55 fee to accept it. I do expect a refund and letter explaining how this mess could happen. Jonathan barber

Hi Jonathan, we are sorry to hear of your issue here. However we cannot control the tariffs and levies the US government impose on you. I can see you emailed our team and they directed you to our website where we warn customers that fees and tariffs are levied on US orders.

Order submitted, took a week to get it (off the shelf parts) and also having to pay for postage. Did not get the parts I ordered, took a week to get any sort of decent communication, eventually resent the order, which were the same incorrect parts from the girat order. Given up as I need the car back on tbe road. Parts were most expensive I found but thought the service might be worth paying for to get sorted quickly. Will not make the same mistake again.

Very poor communication and service……Sloppy paperwork for shipment to Australia which cost me $300 in Customs taxes even though the value of goods was below the $1,000 AUD threshold. This happened on two occasions when invoices were not updated to reflect the actual items delivered.

Hi Angelo, I can see that we dealt with the GST issue. The problem was not with our invoicing but the courier declaration. I can see that we dealt with that and refunded you for the incorrect charges, our apologies.

Items were packed poorly, box arrived damaged, they do nothing to correct the issue.
