“Am 6.12.2025 bestellt und über PayPal bezahlt nur Teil Lieferung gekommen bei Bestellung war alles auf Lager und nicht einmal ein Email wann der Rest kommt. Schade ich werde nicht da nichts mehr bestellen.”

Hallo, das Missverständnis tut uns leid. Sie haben auf unserer britischen Website bestellt, nicht auf der EU- oder deutschen Website, weshalb Sie den Artikel als vorrätig gesehen haben; er war in unserem britischen Lager vorrätig, aber nicht im EU-Lager. Das ist auch der Grund, warum Sie keine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail erhalten haben.

Hi Roger, sorry for your experience. I have reviewed our email coms and can see that you ordered incorrectly. I can see the team replied to all your messages speedily apart from the 5 day period where we were shut for the Christmas holiday, I am sorry for the delay in that period.

Hi Chris, I can see the team emailed you regarding this once they returned from the xmas break. The item you ordered has a 6 week lead time, which is indicated both on the search result page and the product page also. Your order confirmation email also gives this information, sorry for any misunderstanding.

“I bought two spare parts for my Volkswagen Golf MK1 Cabriolet, spending a total of €91.59. The two parts never arrived because the company didn't include the shipping label in the package. As a result, the shipping company they use returned the parts without prior notice. Ultimately, I received a refund of €51.66 out of a total of €91.59 due to Heritage's mismanagement. In conclusion, it was a terrible experience.”

Hi Manuel, I am sorry to hear this. I have investigated and can see our team sent you an email at order confirmation stage letting you know the lead time and another email when the order was returned to us due to being refused. You have not replied to any of our emails. The refund amount was for the goods on your order and not the delivery cost as per our terms of business on orders delivered but refused by customers.

Hi Eddy, we are sorry to hear your disappointment. I can see that my colleague has apologized for the courier losing your initial order and explained that the replacement does take at least 10 working days to reach South Africa from the UK.

“Be upfront about all costs before a person places an order. $185 in shipping costs to get hounded by the shipping for another $85 before the purchase is delivered. If I had known I would have shipped placing an order with this company. I will never shop here again!”

“WARNING do not buy the 911 spring plates. They are not fit for purpose, the welds will brake and will lead to a front wheel loosing contact with the road. Heritage parts will not help you in any way and will blame you for not checking the welds. Very poor customer service. Avoid like the plague.”

Hi Rick, we are sorry for your experience but on checking we have an email trail here where we apologised, checked our stock for defects so we could be sure this was an isolated incident, and offered you a full refund. At no point have we refused to help or blamed you for the issue.

Hola, es posible que esté consultando la página web incorrecta: nuestras páginas web del Reino Unido y del resto del mundo tienen niveles de existencias diferentes a los de las páginas web de la UE. Nuestro almacén de la UE tiene niveles de existencias diferentes. Veo que su pedido ya se ha tramitado.

“Ein großer Name ,der mich ein wenig enttäuscht hat, weil man mir weismachen wollte das eine Zündkerze mit 3 Masse Elektroden W8DTC 0241 229 716 , die ich bestellt hatte , durch eine WR 8 DCX mit 1 Masse Elektrode und dann auch noch entstört , eine Verbesserung sein soll. Ich hätte mir gewünscht dann lieber NGK BP 6ET oder Champion N9BYC”

Hello Cory, The website description does state "This quick shifter also features an updated reverse lock-out mechanism for added safety and ease of use. The redesigned stop plate allows for better base positioning, improving overall shift accuracy", and doesn't suggest this item is required separately. Sorry if this is not clear enough.
