“I placed an order with you and it took one month to deliver even though at the website stated that would be delivered within 2 weeks. Further more, both of products were defective. I emailed a couple of times complaining and no one answered let alone solving this issue. Very bad experience.”

Hi Nikoll, we are sorry to hear of your experience. I cannot see any emails from you informing us of the damage, our stock information was correct. I can see one email from you asking about login details and one where you asked about the 2 week lead time. We replied to both, perhaps they are in your spam or junk folders? Do email us via help@heritagepartscentre.com with images of the defects so we can look into this for you.

Hi there, as my colleagues explained in their last email to you, the item you ordered had a 3 week lead time as explained on the product page. I am sorry for the delay, as it was sent to you 4 weeks after the order was placed.

Hi Paul, your first order contained items that were out of stock but we did send the screws ordered that were in stock. I am sorry for DHL's issue with the exhaust delivery.

Hi Sue, I can see that my colleague checked and we can see that the discount code was emailed to you. I can also see that you were given another to use. Just a heads up for future orders: discount codes only work when you are logged into the website (not checking out as guest) and they cannot be applied retrospectively. So, if you are checking out and the code does not work contact us immediately or before completing your order/payment stage so we can help you before the order is confirmed and paid.

“Was charged over £40 per cylinder and then found out price was incorrect and re priced to £10. Customer service is hopeless and after admitting the mistake got total radio silence and still awaiting a refund of over £100!”

Hi Andy, I can see that our team replied and apolgised for the delay in replying to one of your emails due to our coms system being down for 24 hours. We replied and have also chased the refund for you when you asked us to, I cannot see any emails from you where we have not replied.
