“In Stock” parts are actually not exist. Very poor communication of sales personal. I lost many valuable times in my project. Never again.

Hallo liebes Team, der Oeltemperaturgeber ist OK,was bei weitem nicht OK ist, ist der Versand. Seites Heritage sind 1-2Tage ausgeschrieben. Das Teil hat 1 Woche gebraucht um bei mir anzukommem.Es gibt immer andere die das Verschuldet haben, für mich zählt aber der Verkäufer. Also nicht wieder Heritage.

Das tut uns leid, aber nach Überprüfung können wir feststellen, dass Ihre Bestellung am Tag nach Ihrer Bestellung versandt wurde und laut DHL-Sendungsverfolgung am Tag danach zugestellt wurde, also innerhalb von 2 Werktagen, wie versprochen.

Not great quality and the contact with the help team was poor - not sure why I have to pay for returns under the consumer act?

Hi there, we do not offer free returns to customers who have been correctly supplied with parts but change their mind - sorry about that.

Leider kann ich nichts Positives sagen. Ich hatte am 7.8.25 Ersatzteile bestellt ,trotz Nachfrage und Nachforschung ist bis Heute den 15.8.35 noch nicht angekommen.liebe Grüße Iovino Wenn die Teile bis Morgen nicht kommen werde ich die Teile nochmal anderweitig bestellen.

I haven't received my parts yet. I sent an email to contact center to see where is the package. They replay and told me to wait until they solve the problem. One week past and no answer yet.

Pretty disappointed after the amount of business I have given Heritage for you to want to charge me $30 for sending me 2 rubber washers .. not good. Dont mind paying for things but noone likes feeling ripped off.

I had a horrible experience. The staff was not understanding my emails. I waited far too long for my order. Then UPS sent me different messages about the day and time of my delivery. I could not change anything about the delivery. I could not pick up my package at a UPS store. I had to take time off of work to be home when it was to be delivered. They kept changing the day and time of delivery. I almost lost my job.

After my last purchase I have left a review and no reply. The rear lower quarter panels I brought from you are not anywhere near to fitting. I would like to know if there is another option ?
