Un desastre. 1 - La entrega del producto se retraso mas de 30 dias desde la fecha del pedido. 2- No recibi el ítems comprado, recibi otra pieza.

Hi Mike, I can see that our team notified you on the 1st October via email that there was a part out of stock on your order and the lead time was 3/4 weeks. Do check your junk or spam folders if you haven't seen this. However, I am glad to see that the item has now been dispatched to you and is on its way.

You sent the wrong items , ie non adjustable, I had a refund some week or so later , . I get it , it can be hard sending to Australia, but I thought these would be treble checked before sending ....thanks Jamie Ray

Previous purchases had been fine. Correct part and communication to help get to the right part. Last order was not correct having waited 3 months for it to be in stock. Not sure what car the parts will fit but definitely not the vehicle the part number relates to.

Hi Damien, sorry to hear this. I can see that one of our team replied to your email request for information regarding your order within 40 minutes of the request being made. Do check your junk folders for her reply, we are waiting to hear if you would like us to cancel one of the back ordered parts and refund you. She has also given you estimates on the remaining parts of your order.

No issues with service or delivery, but the heater valve is worthless. It "functions" with sufficient stiffness that the operating cable kinda piles up on itself. Go Westy is thoughtful enough to advise this is a possibility. They offer an alternative for about the same price as the useless piece I now need to replace on my van. HPC is a fine company. It's disappointing to spend substantial money on a worthless part.
