Hi Chris, sorry that the couriers let us down and did not deliver on this occasion. I have reviewed the email chain and can see that our team refunded immediately both your request initially for the next day delivery charge refund and the full order refund when you let us know that you didn't receive it after the initial email afterwards. At no point did we refuse your refund, but we are sorry you did not receive your order.

Ich hatte am Montag, 12.01.26 Ware erhalten, davon war 1 Scheibe zerstört. Ich habe hierzu inwzischen 3 emails geschrieben, aber keinerlei Antwort zur Ersatzlieferung erhalten. Ich hoffe, daß sich jetzt auf diesem Wege jemand bei mir meldet. Bestell-Nr.: 2282382, Rg. 2162341.

Del producto tanto de la tapa del bote de liquido de frenos como de los discos de frenos no puedo opinar ya que a dia hoy 9 de enero aun no he recibido el producto desde el dia dos que salio de tienda. Un autentico desastre el transporte

I needed this tiny inexpensive part urgently. I found it in stock at Heritage on 9 December 2025,and decided to order two for safety, and pay many times its value in carriage. It is now 12 January 2026, and the part has still not arrived. I contacted Heritage weeks ago, and they told me that I ordered on their U.K. site, and although in stock there, they ship from Europe, where there was no stock. I order parts from a number of companies, some in the U.K. and several in various European countries. Regardless where located, if an item is shown as in stock, I expect it to be shipped. There was no notification to say that it would be late. Recently, I received a message to say that it was now being shipped from the U.K. Around 25 deliveries from other companies (some in the U.K.) have all arrived on time, and another 3 are due today. Very disappointed!

HI Paul, sorry about the confusion here. I have reviewed the email trail and can confirm that you placed your order on the wrong territory website - the UK site. For future orders, please check the top right hand side of the home page as it displays the relevant EU or French flag. There is also a pop up message warning you that you are on the wrong website. The part was out of stock in the UK and we cannot send orders from the UK to the EU. I checked out email coms and we did not contact you to say it was being sent from the UK because we cannot do that. We contacted you to say it was being sent from the EU warehouse. Our apologies for the confusion here.

Dopo 25 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto nulla, nonostante sia già stato avvertito 2 volte che la consegna sarebbe avvenuta nelle giornate segnalate. Servizio pessimo! E comunque non ho ancora ricevuto la merce. AliExpress é molto più veloce e preciso di voi!

Mi dispiace, ma non vedo alcuna e-mail da parte vostra in merito a questa richiesta. Vedo che il nostro team vi ha informato di entrambe le spedizioni del vostro ordine e che la seconda e ultima parte del vostro ordine è arrivata sana e salva il 24 gennaio.

Ich habe keine Hilfe bekommen. Auf der Seite ist alles so kompliziert. LInks funktionieren nicht. Ich sende defekte Ware auf Meine Kosten!!!!! Wenn man Kunden nicht möchte dann genau so!!!

Leider bieten wir keine kostenlose Rücksendung für falsch bestellte Artikel an.

My wife bought me a moulded carpet for my T6 and the fit was rubbish. I took it to a professional fitter who spent a few hours trying to fit it with no success, if anyone is thinking of buying this product I wouldn’t bother as it’s not moulded properly and is poor quality and said you will need to trim!! He cut loads of carpet to get even anywhere close to no avail not a good product at all .

Lamento que no esté satisfecho. He revisado nuestras comunicaciones por correo electrónico y veo que pidió artículos de «pedido especial», sobre los que le advertimos que tenían un plazo de entrega largo. Mi dispiace. Abbiamo verificato che il tuo ordine è stato spedito e il tracciamento DHL indica che hanno tentato la consegna il 30 dicembre. Non hanno ricevuto alcuna risposta, quindi l'ordine è ancora presso di loro. Am 6.12.2025 bestellt und über PayPal bezahlt nur Teil Lieferung gekommen bei Bestellung war alles auf Lager und nicht einmal ein Email wann der Rest kommt. Schade ich werde nicht da nichts mehr bestellen.

Hallo, das Missverständnis tut uns leid. Sie haben auf unserer britischen Website bestellt, nicht auf der EU- oder deutschen Website, weshalb Sie den Artikel als vorrätig gesehen haben; er war in unserem britischen Lager vorrätig, aber nicht im EU-Lager. Das ist auch der Grund, warum Sie keine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail erhalten haben.

Hi Roger, sorry for your experience. I have reviewed our email coms and can see that you ordered incorrectly. I can see the team replied to all your messages speedily apart from the 5 day period where we were shut for the Christmas holiday, I am sorry for the delay in that period.

Hi Chris, I can see the team emailed you regarding this once they returned from the xmas break. The item you ordered has a 6 week lead time, which is indicated both on the search result page and the product page also. Your order confirmation email also gives this information, sorry for any misunderstanding.

I bought two spare parts for my Volkswagen Golf MK1 Cabriolet, spending a total of €91.59. The two parts never arrived because the company didn't include the shipping label in the package. As a result, the shipping company they use returned the parts without prior notice. Ultimately, I received a refund of €51.66 out of a total of €91.59 due to Heritage's mismanagement. In conclusion, it was a terrible experience.

Hi Manuel, I am sorry to hear this. I have investigated and can see our team sent you an email at order confirmation stage letting you know the lead time and another email when the order was returned to us due to being refused. You have not replied to any of our emails. The refund amount was for the goods on your order and not the delivery cost as per our terms of business on orders delivered but refused by customers.
