Ich hatte eine Windschutzscheibe bestellt, nach langer Zeit ist sie schlecht verpackt und zerbrochen angekommen. Trotz sofortiger mehrmaliger Reklamation keine Rückantwort vom Verkäufer. Und das bei 110€ Versankosten. Normalerweise sind 0 Sterne gerechtfertigt

Ordered a front & back bumper for my T4, I received the wrong front bumper. I've tried to contact you on several occassions (phone & email), to which I got told off one of your staff that you don't have a phone to make calls out to your customers. Which I find extremely poor in this day & age! My emails are not getting answered now (which it states I'd get a response within 24Hr) and I've sent others to chase up. I have now had to order the bumper from another company, as my camper is in the middle of a respray & with getting NO response from yourselves. Had no other opition! I've also had to instruct my bank to do a "charge Back", as I can't see this getting resolved anytime soon as this two bit company say they haven't got a phone.

poor service took 8 days got no confirmation when it was sent no tracking information when it would be delivered box was damaged but luckily exhaustwas ok just scrapes box was left at front door probable the worst service i have had in ten years of using vw-heritage

Placed order on May 6th. It is now May 26 still no shipping update or tracking number provided even though I enquired two times through contact us. Also waiting for a shipping update for another order that had 1 item on back order. Back order item back in stock. Hope it doesn’t sell out before they complete my order. No reply on contact us for an update. Unless my current orders are resolved I will not be ordering from heritage in the future.

Good product and price. Lousy delivery and customer service who didn't care. All I was told was we have no control over the delivery firm. You emply them!!

Parts still not arrived, driver could not see large sign saying where to put parcel!!! ,costing me a fortune waiting,van still on ramp customer going mad for it back,!!!I was in workshop and he didn’t knock on door, I was working just behind door,it’s now 12.05 next day and still not here I’m fuming

Things didn't go well with my order I piad £91.50 for a part that's in stock I had to contact them to ask why my item had not been posted then had to contact them again item still not posted 5 days after placing and paying for the item I was told it's not even been sent vehicle still off the road and I have had to cancel my order rude uncaring staff and the free postage over £75 is worthless unless you pay premium postage they don't give a toss

Placed an order for headlights Attempted to update with one or part but was told this was not possible and to place a 2nd order. Took delivery of two suspension Springs and zero headlights. What a joke

Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate your service as long as I placed the order on April 22, and the ordered and paid product has not arrived by May 11! Please find a solution to this problem! I would love to be able to come back with an upgraded, more positive review!

Hi James, sorry to hear this. We've checked your order and something for you to bear in mind for future is that you seem to have used the wrong website to place your order on this occasion. You are based in the UK and somehow you have ordered through the EU website not the UK website. Do check the flag in the top right hand side of the home page, this denotes which nationality the website is intended to serve. Also, it shows the stock levels of our EU warehouse not the UK one where your order will be sent from. We have one of the parts on your order ready to go, but the second one will be available on one week. Initially went well with other parts then a seemingly compatible part turns out not to be. Awful customer services waiting forever for an answer not helped by a 4 day weekend and waiting longer than 24 minutes so far for phone to be answered. Poor effort all round really

The part was fine, except it was bended in transport by DHL. Next day service became a 3 day service for a paid next delivery. Missed the MOT due to late delivery of part. Mechanic has another job before he's able to wotk on my van. When I called Heritage they didn't seem to care. 1st time I have had this experience with Heritage.
