Ik heb nog niks ontvangen. Ik had al contact gehad met klantenservice die zei dat het ligt aan de leverancier. Maar ja we hebben het over een zekering die gewoon via de post kan verstuurd worden.

Hola Gracias por su pedido. Veo que le enviamos un correo electrónico cuando recibimos su pedido para informarle de que había artículos agotados y pedidos especiales con plazos de entrega largos. Lamento que los plazos de entrega fueran tan largos, pero se lo comunicamos en el momento de realizar el pedido y también cuando lo recibimos.

We recently ordered some parts next day delivery and paid the extra money for delivery before 12 o’clock, but unfortunate we did not order the parts in time on the Friday my parts did not come until the Tuesday and I believe that the site should not allow you to order parts next day delivery if this service is not possible I feel it is rather fraudulent and your customer services was absolutely no help and quite frankly rude, and as you can probably tell I have dyslexia and have trouble navigating certain types of websites and I find your delivery charges very misleading . The site should not be able to charge you for a service that you cannot receive regardless of any disclaimer. your company’s responsibility to make sure the service that you are paying are available

Hi Greg, sorry to hear of your difficulties. We are as clear and transparent as we can be on our messaging regarding delivery charges and the cut off times for placing orders for either pre12 or Saturday delivery. There are multiple points in both the shopping experience and check out and order confirmation points where the parameters of these delivery charges are addressed. The next day delivery service is quite clearly stated as a weekday service and customers are given warnings, as stated, at multiple points along the buying journey.

U ok only had two and I wanted 4! Asked if I could get two from EU sight, the websight allowed it, then this shop said I couldn’t purchase them and we had 11 emails trying to tell me why! I didn’t care about charges but was told I couldn’t have them!!!! The only thing I can’t have is penicillin! I bought two others from a rival!!!

We are constantly working on this to provide a better lead time. I have used you a lot in the past as you where by far the best in terms of knowledge But since you decided to forgo calls by phone it’s been hopeless I’m afraid and I spend elsewhere Yes you do have a dedicated line and person but that proven to be very slow, tedious and often I’m afraid with someone with little knowledge Sorry to be blunt but unless it changes I simply can’t be bothered Unless you know the exact definition or code of a product using your website simply doesn’t help Kind regards Roy Bird

Hi Roy Thank you for your feedback. We have a team of specialists, the same team of enthusiasts who were answering the phone lines previously, on our technical support team who are available from 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday who can answer questions on part numbers, which parts are suitable for your needs and even fitment information. You can get them on 01273 444000. The website provides you with a diagram of each vehicle where you can identify which parts you need for your application. Failing that you can email or call the team for help.

The parts were OK but I paid for next day express delivery, it was delivered three days later. Very disappointed but did get my delivery money back.

Hi Geza, I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I can see that one of my colleagues in our technical support team explained this to you, but you did receive what you ordered and what was advertised. This product is an Engine rebuild kit that uses different components to those used originally as those original components have now become obsolete. It is still fit for purpose and is the correct product for the application. I am glad that our team also helped you to return the item and refund you.

Hi there, sorry to see this. Sometimes stock left in storage can have some minor rust pitting and this is usually picked up by our goods out team and rectified before the item is sent.
