Closing down the front counter has made me look elsewhere for parts as there is no one I can ask for help. I know you closed it during Covid but that’s ended and some people like to talk to someone in person. I will only shop here if there is no other alternative.

Hi there Nejmi, thank you for your feedback. We are not currently looking at re-opening the retail counter but we will be opening phone lines for advice on which parts to buy and other technical queries next year. Look out for our announcement in January 2025. In the meantime we do have a team of dedicated customer service assistants available 9-5 Monday to Friday if you email help@heritagepartscentre.com

Hola Diego, Sentimos que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria. El 28/11 le enviamos un correo solicitando que nos enviase las medidas de las molduras recibidas para que podamos comprobar nuestro stock e intentar solucionar el problema. Le contactaremos de nuevo para organizar la devolución del producto.

I was a little disappointed in this transaction. I asked about the details of this lens to make sure it would fit my car and all I got in response was copied from the description available on the part page. No measurements nothing more than I could see by looking on the web page. This states, not for cabriolet models with clipper kit or mk2 golf with big bumpers. I have a mk1. Should fit. Vehicle match is Rabbit Mk1. That's what I have. I decide to give it a shot and purchase the lense. The description says "unit of sale each" so I buy two one for the left and one for the right. What I receive is two sets of lenses that don't fit. Return shipping is over $100 I spent over $100 originally. (I'm in the USA) so now I'm out over $200 for lenses that dont fit my car.

Cant be trusted poor communication, promote discount codes which cant be used At least with other suppliers of AirCooled parts you can actually speak to someone on the telephone and give you advice

Hi Rob, sorry to hear your feedback here. I can see from our email traffic that there was an issue with a missed discount code; but after the period of the code had expired the promotion then carried on and went into the full Black Friday discount which was a website-wide discount. As we advised on email, sometimes these emails can fall into junk folders but there was no detrimental effect for you, there was still discount on the website prices for Black Friday for you to utilize.

Sadly after spending thousands of pounds my latest order wasn't a good experience. After contacting customer service to ask why only one set of points were included in my order of 3 sets, they said you'll have to order again and therefore pay the extra postage. Disappointed.

Hi there, sorry to hear of your disappointment here. I have reviewed our email traffic regarding this and can see that your order only contained one set of points and our Customer Service team could not amend or add to the order when you asked them to, as the order had already cleared our warehouse.

We took the decision to be online only quite some time ago, in response to customer feedback on telephone waiting times and also to give our team time to answer more customer queries. Un desastre. 1 - La entrega del producto se retraso mas de 30 dias desde la fecha del pedido. 2- No recibi el ítems comprado, recibi otra pieza.

Hi Mike, I can see that our team notified you on the 1st October via email that there was a part out of stock on your order and the lead time was 3/4 weeks. Do check your junk or spam folders if you haven't seen this. However, I am glad to see that the item has now been dispatched to you and is on its way.
