“Shocking customer service, placed an order 10 April and not processed until 15 April. After demanding a refund as told item would be shipped by the end of today, then told item already shipped in the morning. They were unable to provide any proof that the item was shipped am and the invoice received very late pm. Will never use this site again. Overpriced shipping and very poor service.”

“Lies lies nothing but lies asked for proof of postage no reply tell them I want to full refund so they lied and said they had posted no proof of postage. Please avoid there are plenty of genuine sellers out there.”

“i ordered a wiper motor for my vw golf mk 1 1983 model and assumed it was the right part. my mechanic told me it was wrong. I know i odrdered the one for the Vw golf mk1. This is not the first time a wring part has been sent. Terrible service.”

“ORDERED A PART WHICH ULTIMITELY WAS FAULTY AND DID NOT WORK. SPOKE TO TRHE TECH TEAM AND ADVISE GIVEN WAS NOT SUITABLE. HAVE SINCE TRIED TO ORGANISE A RETURN AND AFTER E MAILING FOR INFORMATION I AM STILL WAIRING FOR A REPLY! IF IO WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED.”

“am 02.04.2026 habe ich einen Adapter für ein bei Ihnen im Februar bestelltes Lenkrad nachbestellt. Die Bezahlung habe ich gleichzeitig via PayPal abgewickelt. Der Betrag für den Adapter haben Sie zum 08.04 2026 bereits eingezogen. Aber die bestellte und längst bezahlte Ware (Lenkradadapter ist immer noch nicht eingetroffen !!! mfG Dr. Egbert Schneider”

“Purchased 2 light bulbs from you and both failed with in 20seconds of trying to fit my car lights sent email and pictures but never got response back so I won't be buying.again as customer service is poor.”

“Your service is great, delivered quickly and the correct part, sadly the part itself only lasted the journey from garage to home, in fact I’d didn’t even last that long! You can see from the photo the part failed completely. Mechanic had to come to my house to fix new parts costing me money. I’m not best pleased.”

“part is supposed to kit the pre-drilled holes in the dashboard, but it doesnt and the quality of the item isnt great - very flimsy plastic and i will need to be very careful that it doesnt break when i eventually figure out how i am going to drill new holes so close to the windscreen.”

“Die Klebeleistung des 3M Dichtbandes lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Trotz ordentliches sauber machen vorher. Die Fahrerseite konnte ich jetzt komplett abziehen da keine Klebekraft.”
