Hi Mihai, I am sorry that the items your ordered were out of stock, we do try and ensure lead times are short in these circumstances, sorry we couldn't help on this occasion.

“Never again, I purchased a part and then realised needed another, on the same day. I emailed customer service and was told they would refund me the extra charge for the 2 different deliveries. After I purchased I was then emailed again saying sorry they would not allow it! Absolute rubbish to be honest. The fact that they promised me something just so I can make an order.”

Hi there Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction here. We do cover this point in our T&Cs, we cannot usually add to orders once placed. I have reviewed the email traffic on this matter and our team did not promise to do this for you, they mentioned that it was not possible due to the request being past the cut off time for amendment. I am sorry for your experience but we cannot add to orders once placed.

“Absolute waste of money ! Was rustier than the part i removed! Reached out for you to arrange collection and refund and you never replied! Cant give you anything but the worst review ever! Maybe now you will return my message! After 30 years of business i wont be using you again!”

“I never recived the item apparently dhl decided to send it back for some reason I was never told why but it was like pulling teeth getting anywhere the tracking number I got from heritage did not work I'm very disappointed with the service”
