Hi Declan, sorry about the wait - I can see that our team replied and gave you tracking detail. We distribute to Ireland from our EU warehouse so sometimes orders can take a few days to arrive.

Hi Alex, we are sorry for the delay in supply. Having checked through the email history I can see that you ordered a part with a four week lead time but then delays with the courier meant you had to wait longer then we would expect. We are sorry about that.

“There was no sales counter at heritage because they said they were afraid of catching Covid! I only bought what I desperately needed as I was there by siting in my car doing the order on my phone I went to Just Kampers for the rest such had a sales counter and were not too precious to speak to the public !”

Hi David, I have looked into this and can see that you did not receive your order because you refused to pay the customs charge on entry to the US. I can also see that you were refunded for this, in spite of our website terms of business stating otherwise. Please remember for future orders that there are now customs charges on car parts sent from the UK to US and this is the responsibility of the customer, not Heritage Parts Centre.

“I ordered 9 different parts from Heritage I got half on the, some damaged and now they are not responding on my emails, at all I still miss the parts but they don’t return”
