No issues with service or delivery, but the heater valve is worthless. It "functions" with sufficient stiffness that the operating cable kinda piles up on itself. Go Westy is thoughtful enough to advise this is a possibility. They offer an alternative for about the same price as the useless piece I now need to replace on my van. HPC is a fine company. It's disappointing to spend substantial money on a worthless part.

No phone calls anymore. Message through website and email 36hrs later - website was down also. Great service to rubbish!

Hi Luke, I am sorry that our website did indeed have some downtime on 2nd September. However, I can see that all your questions were answered by our team both on the product question side and with regards to the website issues. We were unable to answer your website issue until after it had been resolved, but all your other questions were dealt with within less than 30 minutes response time. I am sorry about the website outage; this matter has been addressed and fixed now.

Bought complete exhaust system for mk2 golf. Did send Heritage parts centre 3 mails in advace to be sure that parts would fit. Parts did not fit each other, had to buy other parts to make exhaust fit together. Also the rear mufler was not in order, carmechanic had to weld so that the exhaust was not leaking. Extra cost for me was 250 £. Im not impressed by either fitment or quality. Will not buy parts again.

Hi Anders I am sorry for your experience with this order. I can see that you asked us about an associated part to the exhaust system after you placed your order which sadly we do not stock. I can see that we suggested the correct part number for the manifold you require to complete the fitment of this part also - I am sorry that this was not a good buying experience for you.

Incorrect parts assembly with wrong handed cap fitted on Mk2 Golf front fog light. Glass correct side but cap fitted is incorrect.. Contacted Heritage and no answer.. what a shock!

Hi Gary, I can see your initial enquiry to us on 2nd Sept was replied within three hours where we requested images of the issue and your follow up email was also replied to by us with the same request. We have not received an answer to our reply to your follow up, so please check your emails and let us have some images of the issue so we can make this right for you.

Even though I checked fitment prior to ordering, the tail lights I received were wrong. It took multiple emails to have anyone write me back, once they did I was just given a return number. My other questions about what the correct tail lights were, were ignored. I can’t find anywhere to ship these lights back for under $60-$70 when I paid a little over $100 for them to begin with.

Incorrect part numbers put on the box. Part number on the box matched what was online however the part inside the box was completely incorrect. The customer service to rectify this was sub par. The process took far too long to rectify.

Hi Jacob, I am sorry for the mislabeled part delivery. I can see that the CS team did reply as quickly as they can but they also had to investigate the issue with our warehouse team which led to a time lag.

Hi there, sorry to hear this. I have looked into your order and can see that our team emailed you on receipt of the order detailing that the item you ordered was a special order item that we order on demand from the suppliers and they informed you as to the lead time. I am sorry that these items are only available on this basis and the lead time is 6 weeks, but the order was fulfilled within 7 weeks of placing, a week longer than the product page stated. Do please accept our apologies for this order taking longer than it should.

You will see from my reviews that there is no way in Haties I would ever shop with you again. As my first experence shopping with you it was a very disapponting and costly event. I tried to deal with you in sending these parts back and getting the ones I ordered, but you were not interested in making this right. I sent you the information on the make,model,year and VIN number. And you are telling me you saw this and still sent me the wrong parts pourly packaged. If that was you and I was selling you a product how would you react? And the last item was never sent.

ordered parts and paid up front with paypal order not received , phoned and e- mailed only to be told by automated message shop was closed for business i am still awaiting a refund after months of trying to communicate, i eventually bought my parts from AMAZON at the same price and delivered in 2 DAYS.

zero because I didn't receive a bag of 25 that I ordered. I wrote then an email saying that one bag was missing. No one answered me or contacted me. I still waiting for the bag.
