La pieza que recibí era DEFECTUOSA. No he encontrado la forma de devolverla. Escribí un correo de queja y no he tenido respuesta. Lamentable todo.

Sadly after spending thousands of pounds my latest order wasn't a good experience. After contacting customer service to ask why only one set of points were included in my order of 3 sets, they said you'll have to order again and therefore pay the extra postage. Disappointed.

Hi there, sorry to hear of your disappointment here. I have reviewed our email traffic regarding this and can see that your order only contained one set of points and our Customer Service team could not amend or add to the order when you asked them to, as the order had already cleared our warehouse.

Never received it , as the packing was so poor that the box was completely torn open and this part was missing

Hi Steve, sorry for your experience here. I'm sure you'll understand that when shipping items internationally sometimes our freight forwarders damage items and packaging by handling. I'm glad our team did find a solution for the damage to your item.

We took the decision to be online only quite some time ago, in response to customer feedback on telephone waiting times and also to give our team time to answer more customer queries. Un desastre. 1 - La entrega del producto se retraso mas de 30 dias desde la fecha del pedido. 2- No recibi el ítems comprado, recibi otra pieza.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie mit dieser Bestellung so schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Wie ich sehe, wurde der Artikel, der zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Bestellung vergriffen war, inzwischen geliefert. You sent the wrong items , ie non adjustable, I had a refund some week or so later , . I get it , it can be hard sending to Australia, but I thought these would be treble checked before sending ....thanks Jamie Ray

Hi Mike, I can see that our team notified you on the 1st October via email that there was a part out of stock on your order and the lead time was 3/4 weeks. Do check your junk or spam folders if you haven't seen this. However, I am glad to see that the item has now been dispatched to you and is on its way.
