Very poor quality of parts,after I sent the parts back you refunded me…I’ve been a vw mechanic for 35 years and the parts now are shocking,please only sell parts that do the job

Ordered and paid for drive shaft. Got Beetle repair panels. No communication by phone and automated email system. Very poor experience of customer service.

Hi there I can see that there was an order delivery mix up and I do apologize again for that. I can also see that we dealt with this speedily and arranged a replacement and collection within 24 hours of the issue being reported to us. Please rest assured that we do not operate with AI, bots or use automated replies, the customer service team here are humans who reply speedily in business hours and remedy issues for our customers.

Hi Marcus I am sorry to hear you're disappointed. However the product you ordered was clearly displayed as being sold by the metre and our order system would have no reason to question why you only ordered 1 metre when you needed more. My colleagues have attempted to explain and assist you, I am sorry we could not help further.

I sent an email to you right after placing an order and never received a response. I had mistakenly ordered twice when I intended to order once and avoid double shipping costs. Haven’t received order or invoice

Hi Michael Sorry to hear of your frustration. I have reviewed the email trail on your order and can see that both my colleagues explained that the exhaust you ordered was not meant for a stock '69 Beetle. The website description they copied for you further demonstrated this. We regularly check through our customer reviews for any improvements that can be made in website descriptions and I'm sorry but this product was described accurately. I am however, sorry for your experience.
