Ho ordinato un finestrino laterale per Vw t6 non mi e mai arrivato perché è stato rotto durante il trasposto, ho provato più volte a scrivere mail e chiamare senza ricevere risposta o comunque una soluzione al problema. Per fortuna avevo fatto il pagamento tramite Pay pal e aprendo una controversia ho ricevuto il rimborso, ringrazio Pay Pal del servizio estremamente serio e veloce. Heritage servizio assistenza veramente pessimo.

Mi dispiace per la sua esperienza con questo ordine. Vedo che i miei colleghi hanno risposto alla sua richiesta e hanno aperto un'indagine e un reclamo con DHL.

leider kann ich zu dem gekaufte Artikel nichts sagen, da es nie ankam. Leider ist keiner in der Lage heraus zu finden wo das Paket abgeblieben ist. Was noch schlechter ist, den Kaufpreis habe ich auch nicht zurück erhalten. Dis Kommunikation gestaltet sich äußerst schwierig, da es nur vor formulierte Antworten und Vertröstungen gibt. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen

Es tut mir leid für das Problem mit DPD, das dieses Problem verursacht hat. Wie unser Team erwähnte, sagte DPD, dass sie geliefert hätten, und es gibt einen Standardzeitrahmen, innerhalb dessen sie das Problem der Nichtlieferung untersuchen, was nicht in unserer Kontrolle liegt. Ich sehe, dass meine Kollegen Ihnen das Geld zurückerstattet haben, sobald sie die Bestätigung von DPD hatten.

I chose this company as the reviews looked good. Like so many things in life you only see true colours when something goes wrong, and in the case heritage colour was brown. I received a terribly made panel which did not fit correctly . I emailed and got an initial response then all subsequent emails ignored. I’ve now had to order a panel from another supplier and disappoint my customer with a delay.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear this. I have looked into this and can see that the team have replied and offered a solution. You ordered a pattern part not a genuine one and as we say on our website, sometimes these parts need fettling to fit.

Customer service is not very good every time need to order parts no contact telephone number always just goes to emails got wait was lot better before when order phone next day now it like week

Hi Shannen, we operate an email customer service team, and we have a web form on our site for contact. If you need to speak to us you can do so in business hours Monday to Friday on help@heritagepartscentre.com I am a little confused about this review, as you messaged us via facebook at 11:29 this morning and we replied at 11:30am and have been talking though messenger all day. One of our team even called you to discuss your needs. Incorrect part sent ,almost impossible to return , lost over £50 cash , and the job ,the customer took it away .

Hi Darren, I have looked into this and I am sorry to see that you ordered the wrong part. The part is listed as fitting a T5, not a T4. You then contacted us after you received the order to see if the part you ordered would fit a T4. We have replied to your emails but not had a reply back. unfortunately the part I ordered ( side bolster including fabric golf gti ) was not exactly the same as the original so I could not use it ; I had to order somewhere else the right fabric

Product was marked as ”3 available from storage” but instead it was out of stock. Did not recieve any info about this unless I would have asked after weeks waiting. Not even apologie from customer service. When shipped after all now notification nor tracking was provided.

Hi IIkka I am sorry, you placed your order on 29th December when the company was closed for the xmas holiday. We did not re-open until 2nd January and confirmed to your message on 5th January that the item was out of stock when you placed your order. I am sorry that you did not receive tracking information, this is because small value orders on a standard delivery service are not tracked services.

Sigo esperando el aforador de combustible o al menos saber dónde está... Cuando lo compre estaba en stock y acto seguido me enviaron un mail comentándome que no había stock y tardaría de 5 a 6 semanas en llegar aun estoy esperando noticias de esa pieza después de haberla pagado....

The system of only ordering online I find extremely problematic, it was better and much quicker with a call to be honest I will only use heritage again if I am desperate and can not find the parts elsewhere Also some parts out of stock I am still waiting on weeks later really really poor service
